Description
CertiFlat’s new fabBLOCK’s are the ultimate welding table system made in the USA. Designed using proprietary Tab & Slot methodology for building stiff and accurate welding fixtures that has been proven in real world manufacturing setups for over 15 years.
fabBLOCK Tables are built from tough 6.35mm Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled Steel using state of the art CNC Laser Cutting technology for an exceptional fit-up. fabBLOCK’s assemble easily, by following the proper sequence (shown in easy to understand step by step instructions & video) the internal webbing forces the table flat during assembly and keeps it that way for years of trouble free and accurate welding.
Completely modular across all fabBLOCK sizes, allows you to easily add additional fabBLOCK’s or fabWing’s for unlimited configurations. All fabBLOCK’s incorporate the industry standard Ø16mm hole on a 50 x 50mm grid pattern for easy access to clamps and tooling, Great for use with Strong Hand Tools FixturePoint clamping systems.
Table sizes range from 600 x 600mm to 1200 x 1200mm.
