I recommend you to watch a live performance of her song *Video Games* next. Best way to see what she is like in real life and how she sounds in person. This one is special because she's not a very out there celebrity rarely does interview promos or tv performances and has never performed at any awards. She performs live on tv in this performance! And you can she how she says it herself she struggles with nervousness sometimes and even today although there are so many performances where she is confident you can see recent ones where she looks a little worried haha bless her.
