Playfab does provide match making services! You can have a look in their documentation to learn more, and perhaps it'll be something I look into in the future.
Apologies, I've not heard from my contact that got me the Playfab sponsored stream content this year - so until I heard from them its unlikely playfab is going to be high priority for me - as I'm juggling many projects. If I do look into it, I'll share what I learn here though :)
