It's much faster and less tiring than carrying him on his back and trying to flag down a taxi. If the truck is too big for the hospital's porch, he could just park the truck across the street from the hospital and carry his boss there.
I worked in courier there one driver was hired to go to 80km distance in t afternoon the driver was driving at speed of 20km i was angry, i didnt force him to speed . while returning he told he was driving vehicle sinsce morning 3 am after driving around 200km or 300 km again he was send to 80 km trip it was 8pm . He told i am afraid if accident happen ur life may be in danger
