I recently took in a foster cat who is having a hard time adjusting. Tonight she was picking fights with my cats so to calm myself down in an attempt to calm everyone else down I put this on. Much to my surprise she came and sat with me and she was enthralled by what you were doing. She watched nonstop for 24 minutes and then yawned and fell asleep. I’ve never seen any of my cats watch a video like how she was watching you. It was magical really. Thank you 🙏🏻

I just got back from a day trip to visit my middle niece. Had to drive 3 hours each way but totally worth it to see her. She’s nearly 9 months old! This year has flown by. Hope everyone reading this is well ✨✨✨
Oh Sarah! This was so needed. As someone with Chronic Lyme that has affected me neurologically, feeling those useless feelings and less than kind remarks are a real thing. I literally broke into tears. That is cleansing in and of itself. I also have severe sleep disorders due to the Lyme as well, and your healing sessions are the only things to help me sleep! I know I’m lucky- but at age 45 I’ve had one of the best years of my life. And going into 2024, things don’t look like they’re slowing down.
The reiki sessions I’m used to seeing are always focused on removing negative energy or for protection. Is there a reiki for attracting and inviting positive energies or maybe sharing our good energy?
Is reiki only for healing?

When You placed the point at the throat chakra I heard a cough sound and my first thought was "oh no, Sarah is catching a cold" but when I went back to listen again, I didnt hear it😮.
