thank you for liking their music but there are few to things i'd like to point out : - first of all JYP did not willingly transferred the rights to the group. their leader Jayb fought for it and it took a year so I hope his hard work won't go to vain just because people think jyp is a good company where in fact few months before the contract expires, jyp extended their trademark for GOT7 even if they are not yet sure if the boys would re-sign just to milk more money from them. If you just know how bad they promote the group . Jayb personally studied everything about laws regarding trademarks and copyrights that he don't even have the time for his solo activities as he prioritizes legal issues that involves the group and even his lawyer personally said that it won't be easy but they did it in just a year. What jype did is that the ceo agreed to talk and negotiate about the transfer which is what he should do because he basically don't have the choice since it's stated in the law. It's his responsibility to accept communication and that's it. they did not easily gave everything to GOT7 cause why would they? GOT7 brings a lot of money into the company, they don't spend money on them, poor treatment towards every comeback and yet they still receive a lot of money since GOT7 has loyal fans and buys everything the boys put out. - Jayb did not gave jackson the hook just because "he's the most popular member" . Whether it is your intention or not, the statement made it seemed like Jayb gave the line to him for clout and jackson got the part so that there would be more chances of success and not because he got a good voice which is quite insulting. If you know GOT7 enough, everytime jayb makes songs whether it's a bside or not. he likes to put jackson on chorus because jayb thinks jackson's vocal tone would suit it .

Your point about Got7 not making it into Korean charts is very interesting cos as of this minute they just hit #1 on iTunes in 100 countries become the 1st group to do this in 2022, the fastest Asian Act ever, the 2nd Asian group ever. So the lack of love from South Korean market is an interesting phenomenon.

glad to hear that you two enjoyed it! i really liked that you guys put together a little summary of got7's history in the beginning too. if you would like, I would highly suggest listening to their whole album (idk if you guys do album reactions but it's okay if you just want to listen to it on your own). i think you played the highlight medley video in the beginning a little, it's a good teaser to how the other album songs sound like. there are lots of krnb elements and smooth, chill pop in it and i actually like them more than nanana. it's probably my favorite got7 album so far out of all of them. hope you like the songs if you listen to them! also got7 has hit #1 for 101 countries on iTunes now :)
