- I put this recipe together myself and would now like to share it with you. It tastes 1: 1 like the original Maxi King and that in a huge version. A dream came true. If you are a fan as well, I strongly recommend that you follow this recipe. A small masterpiece, which, by the way, is also a great souvenir for every celebration. I hope you enjoy imitating it, enjoy it! :-)
Ingredients for a 35 x 24 x 7 cm form:
3 large wafer sheets
400 g whole milk couverture (total) = 14 oz
750 g mascarpone = 26 oz
700 ml whipped cream (total) = 25.5 fl.oz
2 packets of cream stabilizer
2 packets of vanilin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g chopped, roasted hazelnuts = 7 oz
310g sugar (total) = 11 oz
150 g butter = 5.3 oz

Da li je moguce da se radi o slagfixu a ne o slagu u prahu?! U vrhnje za slag sam stavila dvije vrecice slaga ali krema je postala samo rijetka i rijetka nije se htjela stisnuti nikako 🤷🏻♀️
Jo lett a maxi king, guszta, de gofribol lehet jobb lett volna, azt konnyebb vágni. :)
