Great video. You have such lovely hair. My hair, which used to be just like yours, is falling out ever since I started Myrbetriq. All the doctors keep telling me it can't be that, but I have heard of other women who have had this side effect as well after started Myrbetriq. Oxybutinin also caused this for me, but not as bad as Myrbetriq. Anyway, I find this information about the NextGEN testing very interesting. I have been diagnosed with IC and my doctor never sends my urine samples out for culture. Recently, I went to see my GP about my condition and she send my urine sample out for culture and BAM - I had a UTI. IC is so confusing to me. I can be doing well with no bladder problems and all of a sudden, it hits. I can drink coffee every day (one cup is what I limit myself to) and suddenly, one morning I have a cup and here come the symptoms. Anyway, thank you for sharing this information with us.
Sorry for this late reply. I am not a medical care provider so don't provide medical services. I'm an educator and support group leader. Yes, I work with IC'ers by phone almost every day! You are welcome to call! Just visit icnetwork.org and see our toll free number at the top of the page.
Very helpful. Thank YOU !! I did the Evvy Microbiome test and my gyno said he never heard of that test and it was hard for him to make an interpretation of it and that was the end of the conversation. It’s sad that these tests exists but I feel without the doctors help it’s frustrating as one is not getting the proper help. I also did a pcr urine test. I am afraid I have biofilm and am at a lost on how to properly treat it. I have VA per the microbiome test. I don’t want to take anymore antibiotics as it disrupted my microbiome not only in my flora but also in my gut as I was diagnosed with SiBO recently too ... using supplements to treat that. I figure I start to treat the gut issue first as I believe it’s all interconnected. What is your suggestion?
