If your switch knob is broken How do you kno if the switch is broken or the blk knob for the switch needs to be replaced?

why do you think the center bulb wont light up? Just replaced it but no sign of life on the bulb.

Bulbs not the same. They are different. One of the bulb is 5W the other one is 2W
