Rikki Conklin It was my first event as well and I did the same exact thing to get simba and I couldn't get him. All I have is timon, pumbaa, and nala :/
EmpressJuli Oh no! Hopefully we will both do better next time! :-) I had some gems saved up from leveling up characters and blew them all to speed up Simba. That was the only reason I was able to get him haha

I was in the middle of defeating Scar, but didn't have enough time to finish that, but even though the event ended, Scar is still lurking around my kingdom, I have no clue why .

Nice that you got a toy alien for your b-day. :) I had just finally saved enough elixirs to get the Golden Zephyr (first thing from Merlin's Cauldron) so it will be a while before I get the toy alien. I was seeing, today, some people in the feeds doing decoration farming to funnel their potions into elixirs to get him. Might be something I try later, but am focusing now on leveling up and moving Zootopia along. Another great video.... thanks! :)

Luke Traub opening chests and selling your decorations..the other way to get him the fastest is by getting gems
Save your gems use those on events. Sell items.
