    입에 넣으면 부드럽게 스르르 녹으면서 초콜릿 향이 가득 퍼지는 노젤라틴 초콜릿 무스케이크를 만들었어요~
    초콜릿을 많이 넣어 단편이지만 젤라틴을 넣지 않아도 잘 굳어 좋답니다~*^^*
    달걀노른자를 끓여 무스 베이스를 만들었는데 더 고급스럽고 풍미 좋은 무스케이크가 되는 것 같아요~
    달걀노른자를 끓이면 살짝 몽글해질 수 있는데 그럴때는 거품기로 저으면 부드럽게 풀린 답니다~
    윗면에는 가나슈를 연하게 만들어 먹을때 부드럽게 잘 떠지더라구요~
    저는 윗면에 반으로 자른 작은 딸기를 올려 마무리 했는데 초코와 딸기의 조합은 색감도 맛도 잘 어울려서 늘 좋은 조합인 것 같아요~*^^*
    케이크를 자를때는 뜨거운 물에 칼을 데워 물기를 제거한 후 자르시면 잘 잘린답니다~

    I made this yesterday to serve today...
    ... learnt a few things:
    The recommended amount of butter for the base is definitely not enough to make it a solid base.
    And it really needs fruit, otherwise it’s a little sickly and dense.
    HOWEVER, everyone at home liked it!

      Ellen Li hello Ellen! I did ! It solidifies very quickly ( in 3h) but to be on the safe side, I left it overnight.
      Plus...I made this desert a second time and it turned out really well again.
      Very easy to make. I am thinking of using white chocolate next time.

      soph I hear you! A lot of baking seems to be trial&error. Don’t give up though as “ practice makes perfect”.
      For this specific recipe that asks for 90g of crackers, instead of 50g of butter...I added at least 70g. You know the base is perfect when you press the mixture and it stays in place, rather than crumbling all over the place.
      Almost like wet sand in a sandbox😂

    I don’t what happened, but mine was a lot less dense as this, but it still worked?! It tastes amazing btw, though make sure you have the fruits on or else you’ll have to share a piece

      Average ! Mainly the no bake ones as I am on ketogenic diet and need to only replace sugar and make different base. So far I made the blueberry cheesecake, rare cheesecake, matcha terrine mousse cake, strawberry green tea cheesecake. The blueberry and rare one were the best, matcha one so so as possibly due to different matcha powder. Overall very tasty 😋

      @@meag3169 I am doing keto diet so I can make the base of nuts only, same measurements of grounded nuts and butter + 1 tsp erythritol sugar replacement and some vanilla extract. but I think any other cookies will work as well - I don't know how graham crackers taste ;)

    초콜릿 무스케이크만 있으면 너무 단조롭고 달수도 있는데 딸기를 얹어 같이 먹으면 딱 먹기 좋을 것 같아요 오늘 생일인데 제가 좋아하는 초코랑 딸기 케이크라니 보는 것 만으로 좋네욯ㅎ

    안녕하세요! 이 영상 보고 케이크 만들어봤어요!! 케이크 만드는 거 정말 힘들었는데... 진짜 뿌듯했어요 :D 이동 시간때문에 젤라틴을 조금 섞었지만 괜찮은 것 같아요 마지막에 틀을 빼는데 생크림이랑 초코를 섞은 마지막 그게(?) 모양 유지가 안 돼서 흐르고 녹아서 망했지만... 그래도 받는 사람이 좋아해줬어요🤗 레시피 알려주시고 만드는 영상 올려주셔서 감사합니다! 처음으로 시도한 케이크 만들기 너무 즐거웠어요

    젤라틴 없이 무스만드는게 과연 가능할까? 이런 생각으로 들어 왔답니다.. 날씨가 더워도 흘러내리진 않나요? 그리구 노른자는 살균될때 까지만 끓이면 되는거죠?? 쉬운 레시피 같으면서도 많은 생각을 하게되네요 !!

      더운 날씨에는 만들어 실온에 꺼내두지 않아서 잘 모르겠네요~~
      노른자는 살짝 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓이면 온도가 올라가 안전하답니다~^^

    만들어봤습니다!! 정말 맛있는데 과하게 달아서 저는 설탕을 확 덜어도될것같다고 느꼈어요. 저는 원형이 아닌 사각 틀에 했었는데 너무 단 나머지 물려서 딱 엄손가락 만한 조각만 다들 먹고 말더라고요. 기호에 따라 설탕은 조절하시는게 좋을것 같아요. 다음에 만들때 저는 설탕을 과감히 반 덜어볼 예정입니다

      초콜릿 타르트나 가나슈가 들어가는 디저트는 거의 초콜릿처럼 단 것 같아요~
      단 맛을 줄이시려면 다크 초콜릿 중에 카카오 함량이 높은 달지 않은 초콜릿을 사용해보시면 조금 덜 달 것 같아요~

      I guess it just have to get a little warm otherwise the eggs would make an omelette :)

      Just made this. You heat it up enough to melt the chocolate that is added after you remove it from the burner. I did medium to med-low heat for about a minute. Cheers!

      생크림의 거품이 몽실몽실 올라오며 휘핑하는 선이 살짝 보이는 정도 까지 휘핑하면 되는 것 같아요~~
