@@CDDukaLaw atty naging final and executory po kasi decision ng nlrc comm, my lawyer failed to submit motion for recon before the nlrc comm kaya nag file ako sa ibp ng complaint just in case pwede ko gamitin as evidence kung pwede pa ma revived yung case
