I attended one ncc camp in 2017, then they gave me camp certificate. But, afterthat i didn't give exam for 'A' certificate. So, am i eligible for giving exam this year for "A" certificate?

In order to run fast you need to increase your stamina and your leg muscle should be strong. Start slow by jogging, then gradually increase the pace and distance of running to increase the stamina. Do Jumping jacks squats to increase the strength of leg muscles. It will take some time don't rush it. All the best!
To increase the stamina you need to control your heartbeat and in order to do that you need to control your breathing, for that start by jogging and then slowly increase your speed and duration of running.
