I'm just glad I play on pc, I couldn't imagine making a house with the Laundry Day or Tiny Living theme and then not having anything similar for the kitchen! I'm really glad modders exist 🙏🏼

Mix blue dawn dish soap, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and scrub the grease stain and let it sit for a couple hours and it lifts right out ❤️ LIKE SO DELI CAN KEEP HER SWEATSHIRT
I’ve had a lot of problems with oil/grease stains after washing and I’ve been rubbing laundry detergent on the spot, letting it sit for 10-20 minutes if possible, and then washing normally but DO NOT DRY IT IN THE DRYER. The heat from the dryer sets the stain and makes it really hard to get out. Let it air dry. You might need to wash it multiple times if it doesn’t get it all the first time.
I think you might wanna skip the bleach on a coloured top. Just working in a lil dishwash liquid and warm water into it then throwing it in the wash works on even old grease stains!
WOW! My favourite detail from this pack is for sure the light under the range hood. I have one of those in my house so its just one little thing that adds so much realism into the game.

My builds are exponentially better because of the cc you've promoted, which I otherwise would've _never_ discovered without seeing your videos. EA should definitely hire all these amazing cc creators! I hope you do more of these types of promo videos for other types of content (simblrs, small YT channels, CC/mods, etc)! Maybe even do a constructive feedback video from a pro (where people submit their content for you to review). I'm sure I'm not the only sims channel who would love feedback from a pro. :)

I wish EA put this much thought into official packs. It feels like EA gets a lot of different people to work on a pack but none of those people compare notes or just don’t talk to each other. Swatches don’t always match and sometimes a random object seems like it’s in the wrong pack all together. This stuff is all beautiful and each thing has so many swatches that match or complement each other.

Hey deli! Great to see you! I have some advice for removing stains. Here in the US we have spray 'n wash or oxiClean both work but are harsh chemicals. For a non-toxic approach I use dishsoap (preferably Dawn Platinum) and hand sanitizer. Apply them both to the effected area and mix together by scrubbing it into the a stain. Let it sit for at least an hour, or until you do your next load of laundry. (I usually prefer to let it sit overnight) if you try the hack, let me know if it works. 😊

I was literally just looking at CC in depth for the first time today. I've never used it before and this was one of the first ones I saw. It's SO nice and so much like how I wish the Sims aesthetic would be. Not sure I'll even look for anything else after this, haha, but I would love it if we got bedroom and living room stuff in the same style, too. (Obviously a huge undertaking because it looks like tons of work went into this.)
Love it! Makes sense that the appliances are only 'mostly' upgraded since the EcoMaster aspiration requires that you do a lot of those upgrading actions....if everybody got this pack in their sims' homes, those poor masters wouldn't be able to complete their aspirations, :D

The « shin » with the tile most likely comes from a normal map. It’s a purplish blue-pink-green texture which tells the light if the pixel is facing more towards the z, y or x axis. They probably pick an inclinaison (which translates to a color) for each tile and gave the square a slight gradient so that there would be variations within the tile.
The draw seat is great for toddlers! I always end up putting some kind of chair in the kitchen so that the toddlers don't go all the way to the living room to eat.

Pro tip for your stain, Deli. Get some Dawn dish-soap and wet your stain (ring out excess water) generously apply the soap on the stain and let it sit overnight. The next day, rinse the soap out and scrub it a bit and put it in the wash on a normal cycle (preferably with some Oxy Clean) and the stain should come out. I recently did this to a stubborn blood stain that was stuck on my clothes for two weeks and it worked like a charm!
FYI, Eco Lifestyle added two new types of upgrades to a lot of objects: eco-friendly upgrades (gives the object an eco-friendly footprint) and industrial upgrades (gives the object an industrial footprint). All of the appliances in this pack are fully upgraded with eco-friendly upgrades. So the ones that aren't checked off are just the industrial ones that would make the appliances consume fuel and such, which obviously doesn't go with the Eco Kitchen theme.
