@@user-re6ez3kg9r दोस्त जब आप किसी भी smps का करंट बढ़ाते हैं तो आपको सर्किट में बहुत सारे बदलाव करने पड़ते हैं। जैसे कि फ्यूज, कई रेसिस्टेन्स, कैपेसिटर, डायोड तो बदलने पड़ते ही हैं। उसके साथ साथ PWM सेक्शन, मॉस्फेट और ट्रांसफॉर्मर को भी बदलना पड़ता है। सीधी भाषा मे कहा जाए तो लगभग पूरा सर्किट ही बदल जाता है। इसलिए मैं इतने बड़े पैमाने पर होने वाले इस बदलाव को करने की राय नही देता दोस्त क्योंकि इसमें गलती होने की उम्मीद बहुत अधिक रहती है।

@@s40s06 tab battery ke saath laga koi na koi component short ho raha hai, jiski wajah se PCB garam hoti hai, aur usi ki wajah se battery jaldi discharge bhi ho jati hai. Jo component heat ho rahe hain wahi samasya hogi. Aap ek ek kar un components ko nikal kar check karo 🙏

Bhaisab mera pass ek 48 v 5a erickshaw ka smps charger hai. Uska output me lm 358 IC Ka istemal kiya gaya , lekin kohi relay yah mosfet nahi hai. To ei circuit Kaiser auto cut karte hai. Kaise volteg arr current ko control kartehe samjhaiye please.
Mai ek Bengali hu likhneme koyi galti kiya toh maf Karna . Arr thorasa adjust karlena.
Charger me LM358 ka output seedha SMPS ke feedback section se connect rehta hai aur wahi se wo output voltage aur current ko control karwata hai. Aap LM358 ki pin1 aur pin7 ko trace karenge to aapko malum chal jayega dost ❤️👍
