Sometimes they don't package the glass items the best. I've had that happen before. Call customer service and they are usually really good about refunds

The trauma of broken glass hehe.. One of our cats smashed their kittytree into our glassdoor the other day.😢 Cat's fine, the door is unfixable 😂
