    대박 저도 비슷한몸무게에서 시작해서 3일차인데 영상보니까 4주까지 꼭 성공하고싶어졌어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ넘고생하셨구 성공 축하드려용🎉

      @yummy_soong 시작전에 계속 드셔서 농담한거에요 ㅎㅎ 저도 스위치온 다이어트 중인데 3주차인데 체중감량도 그렇지만 생체리듬이 돌아온 느낌이에요 체지방이 많이 빠졌어요
