Question 14 and 16 you can see the stark contrast in the mindset of the big corps. Can't cut our profits and leave the western market (we wont run away from here because we've already spent alot of money here) to if the villagers are facing draught ask them to leave their homes and lands and go about live in shelters. Solution is stand and fight the problem only if you're a big corporation not if you've got to provide for livelihood of others who pay you taxes.
I felt that too for a fleeting second, but think about it, is it wise to make disadvantaged people stay in a draught-stricken area and ask them to deal with the problem and "not run away"? If not running away can cost lives, it wouldn't be a viable option. People's lives are more important than corporations or big money.
In 16 the first statement should be explicit...BCS shifting people from village is not viable and it will lead to other problems to the place they relocate

In question 9, the part about India not needing financial aid from foreign countries does seem a valid point because the argument that was made here saying that India is financially strong enough to solve this problem is true but most of the money stays in the pocket of people and politicians who will show their empty hands in times of need. So if you go ahead and actually take help from foreign countries wont it actually help to solve the problem. For the sake of argument lets suppose the the foreign aid is actually used to help the malnutritioned children and not used again by the politicians.
in q 16, it is written drought and not flood. it is difficult to provide facility in flooded area but facility can be provided in drought area. water tankers, water pipeline etc. and shifting is very difficult and not necessary , which is much needed in flooded area.
In ques 7 ... The job of the scientist is to find something new... Many things is been discovered by scientists... Try to understand an analogy... The Temperature of earth is increasing... Actions :- We will ask scientist to find a new planet for living, hence it may look Impractical if elon doesn't make it successful.

I guess while judging we need to look into a ideal world where being negetive is false. Assume there is enough public transport. Most of govt decision is true in these type of que. Because we need to assume govt is ideal too even though it is not.

In Q no. 11, the statement only talks about automobile exhaustion and not about factories. And also that it cannot be said that licensed factories and vehicles are not the entities that are to be kept under check. So only licenced vehicles and factories be allowed is yet another not very apt option.

Doubt in Question 16....because statement clearly mentions that drought has caused financial burden on state gov. so isn't B is most appropriate
