I’ve seen a surprising amount of negativity towards this anime and there’s really no good reason for it, it’s such a joy to watch each week. And yes, I’ve read the light novel and I still think the anime is just as good lol

this might be the best anime this year in the romance section.
If you do decide to follow his advice, I'd recommend reading the Light Novel over watching the anime because I feel like Studio Project No.9 did a subpar job animating the source material. I'd give the anime a solid 7/10 but the LN is easily at least an 8 or more. That's why I'd recommend reading it over watching the anime.
