- The first Opus Klassik award was presented in the Konzerthaus Berlin this sunday october 14th, 2018. Max Raabe holded the speech for pop-legend Benny Andersson ("Abba") and presented him with the award "Classics Without Boundaries" for his latest Piano album.

I have such admiration for this man. I am however surprised, realising that my admiration was increased while watching this genius become slightly nervous, playing some of the notes wrong with shaky hands. He is real, he is genuine, he is humble, he is what I hope to become.

I loved Benny, when he was young and bouncing off his piano seat. He would give his sweet smile and my heart would melt. As I listen to him play now, my heart beats faster. I am 70 now, but I still love Benny! ❤️🌹❤️

This is amazing. I have been watching a lot of old ABBA and Benny videos lately. And one thing that has strucken me, Benny never ever seems nervous. He always look like a small boy. But here he is was clearly nervous. This must have meant a lot to him.

His hands were shaking, and a couple of errors in the playing. Regardless, a modest and talented man recognised for his achievements.
It’s very rare to see Benny nervous and make an error.. having said that, I also saw Paul McCartney starting songs over cause he messed up..
And Barry Gibb sometimes as well, just like Brian Wilson.. it happens to the best in the league.

Schön wieder mal ein ABBA Mitglied zusehen,Benny und Björn waren die Macher,aber ohne Anna und Frida, wäre es nicht zu diesen Kult-Songs gekommen die jeder kennt. Es gibt soviel schöne ,tolle Lieder,die nicht in den Hitparaden liefen.Kauft die Alben und hört selber!!!👍👍👍👏👏👏
