The most honest review 🙌 if the phone does not have a NFC(near field communication) sensor then it will not work unless you have printed the QR code on the card then the other phones can use their camera or a QR code scanner app. 👍
They work on iPhone10 onwards it would seem but if dealing with an older phone I’d advise having your QR code printed on the card as a workaround
ohhh that makes sense! I'll have to give that a go, it's always so awkward when it doesn't work! haha
You don't need more than one card, you can change your profile on the app it uses as you can save multiple profiles for one card.
Setting up a Vice Card is really confusing I have one an I still don't understand what I have to do.. I can't figure out how to fill out my information... ???
I just got a Tappy card... by your video, seems like tappy card is better than vice card, only difference is that vice card looks better, try that one too and make a comparison video
Yeah Tappy puts a QR code on the card, for phones that don't have NFC.

Hi Jessica! Great video. Thanks for sharing your experience! It is helpful as I have recently started a property management company and this card will be very useful at networking events. Also, as you ve mentioned, it will create a memorable experience when sharing contact and regarding our brand awareness. I am going to buy it as soon as my logo is done, to have it printed on it and I ll let you know how my experience with it goes along :)
Got my card today! Really struggling to actually save the contact to the phone. It just opens a page in safari. I just can see where the "save to contacts" button is?
How is a bamboo card environment friendly? It is the only card you will need, so you won't throw it away, but they do use bamboo as a resource for their product...

No. Nothing will ever save without the users permission unless it's a virus or malware.

@@allthingsmsshabbynchic8250 I spend about £100 on the metal one. When it works it's ace, but very frustrating on slightly older phones, even an iPhone 8! Might have a different opinion when I'm able to attend events again but for the moment I'd say don't ditch the old business cards. It's disappointing as it's such a great concept. Hope you are enjoying yours. 🎉
The phones that don't accept/recognize the card are phones that do not have NFC ( near field contact) chipset/reader. ( NFC is pretty much old technology and a number of companies did away with it coz it proved not so popular in the market in terms of uptake and scaling_ so particular fone complies felt it increases produion cost yet it's used minimally.
Otherwise you are the prettiest lady on the screen., Would love to take you out some time.

How is the durability of this bamboo card? I am afraid it will eventually break by having it in the back pocket all the time. That already happens with plastic, how long will it last with a bamboo material?

You’re are an extremely smart lady and I really appreciate your help. I entertain children with my own profile but am constantly telling grown ups in my audience about my son in law’s business who does monocouch plastering and rendering. The fact that the V1CE card is transferable between businesses is brilliant. 15 years ago I was clowning around but I also did tree surgery this card would have been fabulous back then. Well Done for a great review ❤

Thank you for the great info! Have you had any issues using a contact card template? My website template works great, but when someone tries to add my contact card to their contacts it does not do anything... It just brings up their contact library. Thanks again! :)

It works with Android but it is a bit more awkward than with iPhone. With Android, you can turn on and off the NFC, so many people have it off by default. This means that when you tap this card you will have to remind that person to turn on their NFC. They will probably not even know what that is so you will have to assist.
Thwn, after the NFC is on, you will run into the new problem of finding out where the NFC is. Is it at the bottom of the phone? On a side? On the center ? At the bottom? iPhones have it on the top. Androids can vary.
