    There are many advantages to being small especially when you are aging----you won't need a breast lift, your clothes fir better and you look more youthful.

      I am large chested but petite. My large chest makes working out difficult. I have to wear 2-3 super tight bras to contain them. Clothing is always a struggle. It fits my shoulder but is too tight in the front. Sweaters make my busy look giant. Low cut tops make me look slutty. 😔

      TubnQT Same problem here! I can’t do a lot of things I did when I was younger (pre-puberty) like gymnastics, running fast, looking normal lol. I’ve considered a reduction because of constant issues with my shoulder and back pain. 😕 I also can’t wear too deep of a v neck or whoops! I’m showing off the girls too much again and I just de-elevated my look from classy to trashy! So annoying! I have to buy tops a full size or two larger than jeans because I need room to breathe lol. * Sigh* When I run I have to buy expensive sports bras to keep things in place and if they’re cheaper sports bras I’ll wear 2 at a time. 😏 I have smaller shoulders but you wouldn’t know because I have to wear huge baggy tops to fit my chest. Grrrr. Don’t get me started on button up shirts. I can’t even deal with the gaps.😡 It’s a struggle between being decent and classy but still having a fit shape. I end up a shapeless blob in a sweatshirt or baby doll top. Any style tips for us larger ladies up top would be soooooo appreciated! It’s such a struggle! Daily!

    I’ve been ashamed all my life for only having comfortable size A boobs. I felt like a fraud as a woman and felt I was jipping my husband of something, even though he’s NEVER made a negative comment about my body or made me feel less than. It’s all the magazines and ideas pushed on society from tv/insta/porn/etc. and it was all in my head. I finally realized its MY job to be happy, and it’s MY job to protect myself from all those negative ideals that are not me. I quit the magazines, stopped comparing, and realized my husband loves me just as I am and I should too.

      What a blessing to have a God given blessing to have ahusband like that! In my cultural background if you have smaller boobs like you and me, than our men suggest we get implants, fantasize about other women or just boob-watch when they are with us. It is so frustrating and your feelings and thoughts are so real. I can relate. Thanks for sharing and being honest!

    It took me a long time to not care any more about my smaller chest. I really like it now. I can wear anything. Media and society try to make us feel not good enough to keep us down. It’s all BS. You are beautiful. There are many advantages to having a smaller chest. For one thing, clothes tend to fit us smaller chested gals better. If you are under the age of 35 and want to get breast implants. Please wait until you are older. I am so incredibly grateful that I never altered my body to fit a fad or what others think looks better. Ladies, if you have a smaller chest, you are lucky. Check out others saggy breasts and hear their stories of woe. If you want guys to notice you and you think they won’t because of your breast size, those are the guys we should avoid anyways. No man has ever complained about my small chest, they just compliment me on it. You are so much more than some extra fat tissue on your chest. 💕

      I did get Breast implants when young! I had them removed 3 weeks ago with a 4 hour surgery to remove capsules and implants Enbloc! They were so painful inside of me!! I’m so glad you never got them! The great surgeons like mine that only take them out are trying to get them banned! The silicone starts leaking into the body as soon as they’re put in but the manufacturers and the surgeons don’t tell you that!

    The beauty of this video is, if you have the reverse “issue”, just flip the advice: DON’T wear scarves or extra material on your tops or bras, wear jewelry that draws the eye UP (shorter chains, earrings), wear dark colors on top, don’t wear plunging necklines. One additional thought: large chests tend to look bigger in boatneck/crew neck/turtleneck tops, so those might enhance smaller chests? (Bigger chests look best in a modest vneck or scoop.). And horizontal stripes/color blocking should help smaller chests, while the opposite is true for larger chests. Keep those videos coming Shea!

    I used to feel inadequate in my 20s (the mean, nasty comments from idiotic men i dated and dumped for bringing me down just based on not being tall enough or well endowed enough certainly didn't help with my self esteem!). But I've grown to accept and love not just my breasts but also that i have very thin hair so I'm forced to keep it short, petite and short frame (just 5'1") and curls. I love my body and now work with it, instead of against what is naturally given to me. Never been happier. :-) I get compliments now on my skin and hair and even my body because i chose to dress for my frame and do all the good stuff like eat well and exercise and just indulge in my hobbies. Been there too. In my teen/twenties I hated my small breasts and being very tall and skinny. Gosh, I don't even think I cared that much myself, but those mean comments I got from the age of 11 actually ruined my self image for years and years. Thankfully, being in my 30s now I came to my senses and started to love my body. I know how to dress myself to show what I want and I am not afraid to play with sexy/pretty underwear just because I'm on the smaller side. Used to think that the sexy underwear was just for the ladies who have a lot to put in it 😅 but it's just a matter of finding the right pieces that fit.

    I'm flat chested and very, very thin. Instead of trying to make my chest look bigger, I've realized that the best thing I can do is to wear clothes that emphasize my slimness and my small waist. In part, that might be because personally, I prefer the small waist kinda curvy instead of the big bust kinda curvy.

    • @helenvane

    This made me feel so much better about myself so THANK YOU! I've been struggling with the idea of implants even though I hate it just because I can't stand how my (tiny) breasts look. It's a daily struggle and I find it hard to ever feel sexy (or even look my age).

    • @SportsBoss999
      @SportsBoss999 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If I may say Nellie, I'd hate to see you get breast implants. I think the natural look is 100% sexy and I'd find you attractive no matter what size your breasts are. In fact, I prefer them on the small side. I understand being self-conscious because breasts are obviously front and center for everyone to see. But you will be very surprised at how many men are turned on by small breasts! A real man will be attracted to you for what you ARE, not just your body type. Try for it not to affect your self-esteem. Confidence in a woman is the most attractive quality!

    I think the best part of having a smaller chest is not sagging at all as you get older. I used to envy my friends with bigger chests when I was younger but now when I see what happens I'm more appreciative of my smaller chest. I hated it. So many times I said, “ I would rather be flat and thin, than be fat and have breasts.” Thankfully, I’ve lost down to within a few pounds of my older normal self. Great tips, Shea! It would definitely be interesting to try the big busted versus small busted people treatment experiment. I am finishing up treatment for breast cancer and my hair is just now growing back in. (I had very long hair, my stylist said it will take me 2 years to grow back ) It looks very manly at this point. I noticed that men are definitely treating me differently. They look at me and are disgusted. They will start to hold the door, look back, have a face of disgust when they see me, and let the door go. I asked some other people in treatment if they had similar experiences and they said yes. I started wearing a headband to try and look more feminine. It was very upsetting, especially after being disfigured as well. 👎👎

    Totally agree with the bennies of having IBT, which got worse when I lost about 15 lbs . I quit wearing underwire bras, which suck, and love that I can wear seamless bralettes (mostly to cover up the nips and prevent visible bounce in public ;). I bought some silicone inserts to balance out my tops and those do improve how I look in fitted knit tops/sweaters.

    Hi Shea! I love your tips for smaller chested women. Unfortunately, I am not so fortunate as to be one of you. That being the case, I thought I’d share a couple of the disadvantages I thought of right away to having a larger chest. 😁 First, you generally don’t encounter problems with “gapping” in button-down shirts. I love a good button-down! They look so effortlessly classy, but it’s not as easy to make them work for you (without having to sew in snaps) when you have 38DDD’s!!! 😅 Secondly, men love talking to boobs. I suppose I’m as used to it as I’m going to get at 40, but I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been mid-conversation with a guy (professionally or otherwise) and caught him speaking to them instead of looking me in the eyes. 🙄 I get that they’re kind of hard to miss, but come on, you know?! That leads to the last disadvantage. Larger chested women generally aren’t taken as seriously as smaller chested women, in my observation (and personal experience). Anyway, that’s just my take on the subject at hand. 🤷‍♀️ Thanks for the entertaining video! 💗

    This was the first actual helpful video I’ve found on TH-cam. All the other videos are like “embrace your small chest” like thanks, that doesn’t help. Lol.
    The pasties you recommended that have lift, do they actually provide some volume? I normally stick to bras with 3 inches of padding and I’d like something similar in the form of a pasty/stick on bra so I can wear backless stuff and still have volume in front.
