I made about five films with their father and was one of the greatest and hardworking men I have ever met. Worked with Clint on one and have had Ron and Bryce attend a few of our screenings and the entire family is better than you could hope. Love all their success.

Ron and Clint sound like anyone could respectfully go up to them and they'd just have a nice conversation with a fan. I love that Ron, who is a successful movie filmmaker worth hundreds of millions and has never shied away from his roles as OPIE and Richie. As an aspiring filmmaker myself, I loved Ron's Masterclass. Clint to me is like Ringo, he gets more and more handsome the older he gets. I wish everyone had a sibling relationship this tight!
Brilliant men as actors and writers etc. I’m 68 and have grown up watching Ron and Clint. When I finally realized who there dad was that I watched in westerns it was great to see there lives being such a good positive influence .

I'll never forget when Clint played a serial killer in Seinfeld and was in the back seat of a car with Jerry and George and they're debating how much to tip a chamber maid. Jerry mentions that Ann Landers said $1 a night was appropriate and Clint goes, "AWW, ANN LANDERS SUCKS!!" Every time I see that scene, I laugh my ass off.
I liked how when Clint said that line, the cops in the front seat turned around and yelled "HEY!", like they were really offended that someone would insult Ann Landers...
Clint was in a rare flick that Ron directed. The name of the movie was Cotton Candy. It's a B movie, but it really grows on ya. Especially if you had a band in high school in the 70's.

I would love to see a series on Hollywood yesteryear hosted by actors who's family was in the business The Bridges brothers, the Howard brothers, Sean Penn, Drew Barrymore, Kurt Russell. so many Somebody pitch it.

It showed normal families, kids with a stable father figure, kids raised to respect and obey their parents, kids being taught proper values, etc. The fact you even have to ask what wholesome means shows exactly how pathetic and evil our society has become. You can't even recognize goodness and wholesomeness when you see it. So sad.
I went to see that movie with a friend. She asked me on the way out what I thought. I said, well one brother is the opposite of the other and the other brother is the opposite of his sister. She didn't see any of that in the movie, but I have always watched people so it was obvious to me.
Loved Happy Days, Enjoy Ron Howard's movies. But, Loved Gentle Ben. Wish Ron would write a movie around his brother Clint. He doesn't need to be the Star necessarily but, a main character role; somehow. He is very missed.

I always wanted to star in a movie that Ron is directing, it would be the most amazing opportunity to work with a former child actor from the Andy Griffith show and the same actor that played Richie Cunningham from one of my favourite shows (Happy Days) it would just be a blast.
I’d forgotten about that show until Mike Minor died. His father produced the show and Mike Minor sang the original theme. The show was revamped in the second season and they changed the theme.
Clint has never lost that wonderful look of wonder even at this stage in his life. Its great to see he is still doing well.

Parenthood is perfection from script, to casting, to directing. On of my top 5 movies of all time. Pure perfection!
