I am using your content as part of my curriculum to help High School students who struggle with reading. Whether or not they have Dyslexia, these tools help anybody improve their reading and their learning. Thanks for putting these out.

I stumbled upon your channel because I am having a lot of trouble getting organized and figuring out a routine for myself that I can follow if my schedule changes. I am really looking forward to these videos because I love the idea of hacking Dyslexia!

Thanks for making these videos! I'm an English teacher in Kansas (high school) and recently did an in-service over dyslexia because helping my students is my passion. I stumbled across your videos and have found a wealth of info within them! I'll be sharing some of the apps you've used plus your video series this week during inservice with elem- high school teachers in my district for "Things you can do from day 1 to assist your dyslexic students. " While we're a small school and there are only 2 diagnosed dyslexic students in the JrSr High, these strategies and apps will help A LOT of students who may not be diagnosed or have other reading/ language differences. Thank you so much!

I found your channel because I was diagnosed pretty early but never understood all of the implications or how it manifests outside of just writing and reading. Now im trying to learn to cope with some of those things but there doesn't seem to be as many resources for adults than there is for children. Thanks for the videos.

Hi Nishantha, thank you for the great videos. Do you have a place where you list all the apps and tools that you use? I am particularly looking for the speed typing learning app you mentioned in one of your videos, but I can't find it anymore.

I struggle with certain apps and making sense of them in the first place - spectrum of dyslexia I have makes it hard to read formatted layouts - just as understanding and filling out a form is often a struggle, or doing an order picking type job, because of a kind of language//format blindness. There are variations to dyslexia, such as dysphasia, but I'm not clear which type I have and dyslexia tests didn't clarify. It's like not knowing what to look at first, eyes wonder about and key points don't jump out. I'll have to try this though...

Great as always, I’m very jealous of your use of Rome. I started initially with Notion, I do enjoy but I’ve failed to orient it into daily life. I love the concept but, I think Rome is more my direction. Just picked up an IPad last month and as a study tool it’s been a godsend... The Android Elitest in me was screaming bloody murder, but I’ve become a true believer. Great video, looking forward to peak at your work flows. I reached out to you per your request on Instagram. Keep up the good work.

I know this maybe off topic but, I'm dyslexic and can't argue at all. I can't remember important topics of a conversation, when I'm angry. I can't echo my partners words after he tells me something, in an argument.
Idk if this is a common occurrence for others but, anytime I get worked up, I can't say things word for word. I can recall body language and tone but not exact verbiage.
Are there resources or tools that can help me with that? Are others experiencing the same?

I know this question is for him but * I have a few suggestions that have helped me.
I use this chrome extension called Helperbird:
      chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/helperbird-accessibility/ahmapmilbkfamljbpgphfndeemhnajme
It lets you customize a lot of things on a webpage such as font, font size, coloured ruler + more.
A feature to also check out within Helperbird or Microsoft Office 365 is: Immersive Reader. It’s so easy to comprehend words because the voice is so natural & the words are very clear.

I assume a person is starting at zero when I approach making these videos, I put time stamps so you can skip ahead if your already have the background information. Thanks for your feedback, I’m working on getting better at youtube condensing all this info down into shorter videos is a bit challenging.
