Regarding nb23 I really don't know but I'm assuming it's related to nbr and it likely is in a very slow development due to Finished Nightmare being Jaiz' main priority if I remember correctly
I don't know anything for sure so take this with a grain of salt. Maybe a few
NB23 will be merged with NBR. So its' release will be only after Finished Nightmare. Yeah..
