in question no 2, aren't they asking about the organisational impact and thus C should have been the ans, as if only thakur had taken 2 decision, there wouldn't have been or very less impact on the organisation and thus it should have been in the end?
For the 6th question.. I don't agree with just emotional instability being the answer.. Fairness, Accountability, Empathy are all qualities of an ethical leader.. he didn't have any of them for the night shift employees.. to Ethical behaviour is a better and a much more complete answer according to me
But taking individually decision and not considered the night shift supervisor equally or only behave of day shift decision Lena is the lack of taking decision ??
