  • In this series I read St. Louis de Monfort's "The Secret of the Rosary," originally published in French in 1710.
This is one of the most beloved classics of Catholic literature. It tells the story of the Most Holy Rosary, a Catholic devotional prayer that has been in practice from the 1200s to the present.

Praying the rosary is the best weapon to fight satan. That happened when my aunt possesed by satan wayback 1975. There's no priest available in rural area. Even a faith healer surrender due to high ranking bad spirit possessed my aunt. He said only praying the rosary can save her. Aunt neneng followed the advise. Our Lady of Lourdes help and protect aunt Bebe. She saw Our Lady of Lourdes with dazzling bright. Demons cannot stand her. Thank you Our Lady of Lourdes for helping aunt Neneng and aunt Bebe

I'm a Convert to the Catholic Faith and I can 💯💯 attest to the *reality* of this kind of testimony!
I've only been praying the Rosary with devotion for the last 4 years as a Catholic Christian and the healing and deliverance it has brought and continues to bring to my life beats anything I knew in my entire life before , including 14 years as a devoted Protestant Christian before becoming Catholic🔥🔥🔥
Our Lady Queen of The Holy Rosary pray for us and all Christians to pick up this *MIGHTY* weapon of spiritual warfare and start winning battles against the evil creatures of hell that mercilessly torment our lives every way they can and would easily kill us all if it weren't for GODS'S MERCY limiting their satanic wiles and traps against us😭🙏💙🙏✝️✝️✝️❤️❤️❤️

Mother Mary was conceived through original ancestral sin. However an idea developed that glorified the Mother of Christ, who died for all sins ----including his own mother.
Mary also went on to have many more Children which is written in scripture, however early so called Church fathers were not happy with this either, so they reinterpreted the text to support their own notions.

When I was a kid we pray the rosary but we been the rosary mostly everyday but that day is different because we have to deliver the statue Mother Mary to another house and then when all is done.
We went home, I need to use the bathroom and is outside.i saw Mother Mary apparition. She was floating in thr air. I have to lookup cus she was really above the ground.
I stop praying rosary when I move to foreign country. I was praying rosary and I felt so dizzy and my lips become pale and my hand become cold. This would go on everytike I recite the rosary by myself. I envision my mind was Jesus praying in getsamane in garden of olives before he was betrayed. And then I would just felt dizzy. Sometimes, theres light and makes me really dizzy. I cannot complete praying the rosary. It was really weird.
But I saw a black shadow inside my room. He was wearing a tuxedo amd I can see his eyes red burning with hatred. Looking to me as if I did really something wrong.

@@johndavid3474 peace be with you bro. With all due respect again what you said is again misconception. The RCC is not bible alone, and even the bible doesn't ever say that it should be bible alone. The Bible should not always be interpreted literally because it a very beautiful but complex/intricate passages. And we catholics do some deep understanding with the help of the guidance of the Holy Spirit to interpret the Holy Gospels. If we use bible alone method then we'd be like the protestant that can't even agree on doctrines hence it keeps growing to more than 40k+ counting churches which is not right for in Matthew 16:18 "Thou art peter and upon this rock I will build my church". Only 1 church Not churches.
Btw, did you know that the RCC were the ones who compiled & canonized the Bible? If it weren't for the RCC the Holy Gospels would have been lost, even Martin Luther recognized that. And I take from your comment above is you did not ask a priest/apologetics or did a non biased research on our doctrines yet, right?. Again, pls do so for at least you will know some of our doctrines. But, may I also ask brother why all the 40k+ and counting protestant churches don't agree on doctrines? Thanks for the respond and have a Blessed day bro

Our got saved due to our all night monthly rosary vigils to Our Lady. That day...she spoke to me saying none of the flats from our side will be touched. The fire stoped after 25 fire brigades & tenders put the fire off. But the fire ended before it reached our flats. Holy Mother's holy rosary saved us...we are still bedazzled.

@johndavid3474 I humbly disagree with you. God cannot sin. He cannot come into contact with sin. Sin is not capable of being in contact with The Creator of all things. Therefore, Christ could not have been formed in the womb of a sinner. I am not trying to convince nor convert you. I'm just pointing out the truth. I'm sure will think I am wrong and you are right. Instead of disagreement, let us both continue to read scripture (Gospels) and beg the Holy Ghost to direct our hearts and minds to truth.

@@Kepharocks As I explained you do not understand scripture because you do not study it.
Jesus is not the Father, for how can the Son sit next to the father.
Jesus died because he inherited death from Mary, as we all have, we are all destined to die because we have inherited original sin.
However sin could not hold Christ, because he defeated it, through doing his father's works and speaking the words his father gave him.
Therefore he pleased his Father and the shackles of death could not hold him.
Who raised Jesus from the dead but his own Father. To be the firstborn of the dead begotten by God, because he is the first.
Jesus inherited the Holy spirit and became the Holy spirit when God raised him from the dead.

In the bible Jesus said: COME UNTO ME" He NEVER said go to Mary and If you had ever read and STUDIED the word of God in the bible, instead of the catechism, you'd know that Jesus never gave Mary the time of day in public. Not one time in the bible did Jesus ever even call Mary mother, NOT ONCE! Jesus ALWAYS called her WOMAN. Even when Jesus was dying on the cross he called Mary WOMAN! He made it very clear in the bible over and over again he didn’t want ANYONE going to or praying to Mary instead of him.
Jesus said: When ye pray, USE NOT VAIN REPETITIONS as the heathen do for they think they will be heard for their much speaking. (Matt. 6:7) But praying the rosary IS vain repetition by saying the exact same prayers over and over again. The rosary begins Hail Mary full of Grace… But the bible reads: Jesus was the ONLY begotten of the Father full of grace and truth (John 1:14). Now if Jesus is the only begotten full of grace, how can Mary also be full of grace? The Hail Mary is also a corruption of God’s word in Luke. It DOESN’T say FULL of Grace, it DOESN'T say holy Mary, it DOESN’T say Mother of God, nor does it read: Pray for us!
Jesus was born of a Virgin, Yes, absolutely, BUT, Mary later gave birth to at least six other children in the bible. The bible reads: Joseph did not know her (have relations with her) UNTIL after she had given birth. (Matthew 1:25) If you don't do something UNTIL a certain time, doesn’t it mean that you DO do it at that time? The bible also gives us the names of Jesus four half-brothers and also mentions his sisters. (Matt 13:55) Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James and Joses, and Simon and Judas? And his sisters, are they not ALL with us? (Matt. 13:55,56). And they weren’t Joseph’s children from a so-called prior marriage as priests like to claim. There’s absolutely NO mention of this in the bible. Moreover, Psalm 69 which is clearly a messianic prophecy reads. I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my MOTHER’S children. (Psalm 69:8). The very next verse is quoted in John 2:17: The zeal for thine house hath eaten me up.
Mary also lost Jesus when He was 12 for three full days. Mighty careless of her wasn't it? (Luke 2:39-50). How could Mary not know where that miracle that she had given birth to was for three days? But it certainly might make sense if James, Joses and/or Simon were toddlers. She has another year old brother or sister she's trying to keep an eye on, and maybe Mary's breastfeeding an infant. That certainly might explain Mary's carelessness when her FIRSTBORN son was 12. JESUS was called Mary’s FIRSTBORN son in (Matt 1:25 and Luke 2:7)
When Jesus was told your Mother and brothers are outside and want to see you, He left them outside! He didn't even let His mother or brothers in the house or go out to see them. Talk about disrespecting Mary! Instead, Jesus spread His hands toward His disciples and said whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven is my brother and sister and MOTHER! (Matt. 12:46-50) And that story is repeated in THREE different gospels. Mary also said that SHE needed a savior. (Luke 1:47).
When a woman cried out saying blessed is the womb which bore you and the breasts on which you nursed, referring to Mary, Jesus replied: RATHER, blessed are those who hear the word of God and do it! (Luke 11:27) Roman Catholics are biblically illiterate! It wasn't until the 5th century that a bunch of biblically illiterate brainless monks began praying to Mary. They wanted a female deity like the pagans had and Mary fit the bill.
The bible also reads that there is ONE God and ONE mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (I Tim 2:5) If there is ONE mediator, the perfect mediator that died and shed His blood on the cross for US sinners, why would ANYONE need another? Is Mary considered a saint? The bible reads: Behold, he putteth NO trust in his saints; yea the heavens are not clean in his sight. (Job 15:15).
The bible reads over and over again that ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and it NEVER makes an exception for Mary or for anyone but our LORD Jesus Christ. When Mary said “They have no wine”, Jesus rebuked her! He said: WOMAN, what have I to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come. (John 2:4) Jesus, who was a prophet, knew that one day people would be praying to Mary, so He made it very clear by both His words and actions that he didn’t want ANYONE praying to or going to Mary. Again, Jesus said: Come unto ME! He NEVER said go and pray to my mother. Moreover, Jesus and ALL of his apostles performed miracles. Mary never performed one miracle on earth. So why would anyone pray to her NOW for a miracle?
When the men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. And when the queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. I believe that Mary herself shall also rise up in the judgment and she shall condemn this generation for praying to her instead of going to her adorable son, Jesus Christ, who was the one and ONLY one who died on the cross for our sins.
The bible commands us all to: STUDY to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Tim 2:15). If you don't study the word of God for yourself, you'll be ashamed before God at the judgment. I was a Catholic. I prayed the rosary. My mother’s sister was a nun and my family goes back as Roman Catholic more than three centuries on both sides. But I believe in the word and WORDS of God. Don't put your salvation in someone else's hands like biblically illiterate priests. How many times at mass have priests read ANY of these verses from the word of God? As an ex-Catholic I know I never did till I read them for myself. Read and STUDY the bible for yourself. Make no mistake about it, your eternal soul depends upon it.

The he s Catholic Church started 600 years after his death.
GODFREY: Luther and Melanchthon said that the Roman Catholic Church began around 600 with Pope Gregory the Great. They called him “the Pied Piper leading the church astray.” The development of the Roman Catholic Church to where it is today is a long process of slow and subtle changes.

      Praying for lost Catholics.

I'm pretty new here, been really trying to delve into the Catholic Faith, I came from a protestant background but didn't like the wishy washy stance on stuff. If Mary is human, and human souls go to heaven when they die, what good is it to pray to her? My friend who has been Catholic for many years told me that they don't "pray" to Mary, but if she is dead then how do we reach her except through prayer?
Anyone have any advice or know any channels or places to go where it explains all of this? This channel so far seems very knowledgeable and I am really looking for more information.
Are we asking Mary to intercede for us to God? I think after Christ died for our sins, we were gifted the Holy Spirit and don't need a mediator anymore? Christ even said there is no way to the Father except through Christ alone? I really don't know all the differences on all this.

Jesus is God. Mary gave birth to Jesus making her the mother of God. On the cross. Jesus gave us Mary to be our heavenly mother. No one can love Mary more than Jesus loves her and because she is our spiritual mother we love and honor her. We adore God alone and we pray to Mary to intercede for us and while she is interceding, she is showing us, guiding..us and leading us to Jesus, her beloved. Mary is God's gift to humanity to show us how to love and obey Jesus ' word and help us attain eternal salvation. Mary is not dead as her body was assumed into heaven by the we will and grace of God. She was the first tabernacle for Jesus and her soul was preserved from original sin, though she is completely human like the rest of us. God would not allow the body of the mother who carried His son Jesus for 9 months to decay in the ground as a typical human body would. Mary unfailingly said yes to the will of God throughout her life and confirmed her will to God's will. She wàs unlike any human who has ever or ever will live and she continues to fulfill God's mission for her. We love Mary and honor her for all these reasons but we only adore , praise and glorify God who created Mary and each one of us.

Hi, I'm so happy you're looking into Catholicism. Catholics ask for Mary to pray for us like we would ask our parents or friends to pray for us. It goes much deeper than that though, there are so many beautiful Catholic reflections on the rightful place of Mary in our devotional lives. I would recommend the video on my channel entitled "7 - Marian Devotion - Living the Faith Level 2." For more information from apologists and scholars I would suggest doing a youtube search for "Trent Horn on Mary" or "Scott Hahn on Mary." May God's will be done in your search!

"We adore God alone and we pray to Mary to intercede for us and while she is interceding, she is showing us, guiding..us and leading us to Jesus, her beloved."
Intercede means go between, so it's best to let Mary be the transmitter of our prayers? Like how before Christ died we had to offer sacrifices and such to get to God? I thought when the curtain was torn and Christ died he took the place as the in between. John 14:6 says "no one comes to the Father except through me." Can we not get to the father through Christ alone but through Mary, then Christ, then God?@@joanneowczarzak2014

I just don't like the idea of trying to contact someone who is dead, physically dead, Samuel had that same idea but it was wrong when Saul tried to call him up and he got rebuked for it. If we try to contact anyone who is dead besides Jesus Christ/God/Holy Spirit, it is considered demonic/witchcraft.
When Steven Dies in Acts(as you know one of the first martyrs), no one prayed to him or praised him or anything but Jesus stood to receive him, so we know Steven was in heaven. Biblically speaking, when people are dead we stop speaking to them, that is was makes Christ so amazing, there is none like him, only he can hear is, only he (the trinity) is the real God, if multitudes of people can hear us and influence God for us from earth while they are in heaven, doesn't it make "No one comes to the Father but through me" not be as powerful? Sorry for all the questions and rant, every response gave me such a hunger for truth I need more, I feel like I have finally started to scratch a spiritual itch I have always been ignoring.@@CatholicCampfire

This is a story passed down from Saint Dominic (12th century) to Saint Louis de Monfort (17th century). We don't have physical evidence that it occurred, but both of these men were upright, moral people (saints), in close relationship to Truth (God) and did not tell stories to deceive people, but rather implored those around them to be good, honest people. This book is nonfiction and I believe this really happened, considering the moral merits of the people who have passed it down.

The Blessed Virgin Mary is mediatrix of all graces. It is true that all graces originate from God, but it is also true that all graces are mediated to man through Mary, as Christ, our Savior came into the world first and foremost through her. As the arc of the covenant was the place of indwelling of God in times of the old covenant, so is Our Lady the place of indwelling of God since the incarnation, she is the new and eternal arc of the covenant. Our Lady was crowned in heaven to be Queen of the universe, The Queen Mother of the New Davidic Kingdom, the Gebirah, as it was also Davids Mother who was Queen, and Jesus Christ Our Lord is King.

@steveswan5714 : What you said is correct. But It's ok to ask others to pray for you, and who better to ask to pray for you than the mother of God!

      @margaretoconnor7077 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@steveswan5714 : Why it is important to pray to Mother Mary to be intercessor (ask Jesus on our behalf) of our prayers.
Jesus cannot say no to his Mother.
Example: When Jesus and his mother were at the wedding at Cana and the wedding people ran out of wine, Mary approached Jesus and said “Son they have run out of wine” and Jesus replied, "Woman, what has this to do with me? My hour has not yet come." His mother then said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you" (John 2:3-5). Jesus ordered the servants to fill containers with water and to draw out some and take it to the chief steward waiter. After tasting it, without knowing where it came from, the steward remarked to the bridegroom that he had departed from the custom of serving the best wine first by serving it last (John 2:6-10). John adds that: "Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee, and it revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him" (John 2:11).
Basically; even though Jesus was reluctant to do what he was asked, he went ahead and did what his mother asked of him anyway, therefore, his weakness is his mother’s request; Mary asked for Jesus to perform a miracle on behalf of the bridal party and he did it. So if Mary asks Jesus for something on our behalf, do you think he will deny her? He might say no at first but! He’ll give in to her.
He might say no to us, but! He won’t, not do, what his mother asks of him, therefore; just ask Mary (his mother) to ask him our behalf and it will be granted.

    • @margaretoconnor7077
      @margaretoconnor7077 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

@steveswan5714 : We honour Mary we do not worship her
Worship is: sacrifice. Not! Singing and praying; we pray and sing to Mary; We don’t sacrifice.
Veneration of Mary can even be seen in the catacombs way before the legalization of Christianity, hence the reason why Christians were forced to worship in secret in the catacombs.

    • @margaretoconnor7077
      @margaretoconnor7077 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@steveswan5714 : Mary Queen of heaven
The mere fact that worshipping someone called “queen of heaven” is condemned in Jeremiah 7 eliminates the possibility of Mary being the true Queen of Heaven and Earth. This simply does not follow. The existence of a counterfeit queen does not mean there can’t be an authentic one. This reasoning followed to its logical end would lead to abandoning the entire Christian Faith! We could not have a Bible because Hinduism, Islam, and many other false religions have “holy books.” We could not call Jesus Son of God because Zeus and Hera had Apollo, Isis and Osiris had Horus, etc. The fact that there was a false “queen of heaven” worshipped in ancient Mesopotamia does not negate the reality of the true queen who is honored as such in the kingdom of God.
The Catholic Church does not teach-and has never taught-that we should adore Mary.

    • @margaretoconnor7077
      @margaretoconnor7077 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@steveswan5714 : Explanation of Why Mary is Queen
In the Old Testament it is shown that the Jewish people at the time, their Kings had wives but that the wives were not the Queen. In ancient Jewish law, the King's mother was the Queen. It was the Queen's responsibility to hear the needs and petitions of the common people and present those needs to her son the King. An example of this is Queen Ester. This is Mary's role in heaven, a role given to her by God. She is the mother of our King and she is the Queen who petitions for us. She is not worshipped because she has no power of her own. She is a human woman. But everything we petition her for, our prayers, our tears, our joys, she presents those things to her divine son for us. Yes, we can petition Jesus directly, but Jesus does listen to his mother most generously, as this is the role he gave her and this is the gift that he gave us. Before he physically left us, he gave us his presence in the Eucharist, a mother to petition for us, and comfort and guidance in the Holy Spirit."

Revelations 12:1 A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. 2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. 3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. 4 Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. 5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.”[a] And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. 6 The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.

Ah yes, take note of the words "between God and man". Now, we are all told to be intercessors by praying for one another between Jesus and man! The Saints and Angels hear us and carry (intercede) our prayers up to God in heaven.
Now please learn the correct definition of exactly what mediator means. It has no correlation to prayers. Btw, if you knew scripture you'd know that Jesus said He *does not pray for the world* and we're told *God does not hear the prayers of sinners* so take heed!

@@sitresjolie2343 as a protestant, I was told the proof was to be found in the bible. But I'm older now and have been studying the writings about Mary; especially about Mary at Fatima and the miracles that appeared to thousands. I have asked myself if the devil could do this, but in the end I think it is real and allowed by God. I can only assume that Mary now carries more weight in heaven and has been given a new job in the end times that we people may not understand completely. End time miracles and warnings seem to be coming from Mary now, and we hear less of Jesus-type miracles. I think God is allowing her to be the new voice of reason and warning in these End times, and we are in them and the End will be coming soon. This WAS the first church... all others have split away from the first.

Respectfully, the rosary is not scriptural. No where is that mentioned anywhere, in any holy writing written by a prophet representing the one true creator being known as YEHOVAH. Therefore, I must point that out. And by the way, the name of the son of YEHOVAH is YESHUAH, which is Hebrew. Not Jesus which is Greek. "He who calls upon the name of the lord will be saved." Well, the name of the lord is YESHUAH, and his father is YEHOVAH. God is what he is. Not who he is. Shalom. ( peace)

You missed a few key point: St Ignatius of Antioch ascribed the term Catholic to the Church AD 107. The Nicean Creed is the Creed of the Catholic Church. The Creed includes the word Catholic AD 325. The Bible was compiled in 382 at the Council of Rome under Pope Damasus. It contained 73 books . The protestant revolt occurred in the 16th century, 1500 years after Jesus established His Church! The protestants reduced the Bible to 66 books. 6 is the mark of the beast. 7 and 3 are marks of completion!
