You’re the best one to explain about cloud security that needs to master the cloud providers one at a time and move on to the next one. Great information
Thank you Cyber Queen for the video. I'm currently finding my way to cloud security. I have been a Cybersecurity Analyst for a little over three years, transitioning to cloud, I'm trying so hard to understand where and how to start.
Thank you so much for your support and kind words! It means a lot to me to hear that my video is helping you in your career transition. I know it can be challenging to navigate a new field, but I'm here to help you every step of the way. If there are any specific topics or areas you'd like me to cover in future videos, feel free to let me know. Wishing you all the best in your journey to cloud security!
Thank you Cyberqueen. Always a pleasure checking your channel for your contents. This is so satisfying. Please can I work remotely in Cloud computing if I choose to?
Howbto become a cloud security expert and I want to know (we have to lean the cyber security before learning the cloud security) or (we can learn the cloud security directly without learning the cyber security)
Hey 🌸, To become a cloud security expert, it's beneficial to have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles first, as cloud security is a specialized area within the broader cybersecurity field. Start with general cybersecurity concepts, then move to cloud-specific knowledge. For cloud security, choose a platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and pursue its security certifications. Courses and hands-on labs on Coursera, Cybrary, and platform-specific learning paths will be particularly useful. Remember, a strong base in cybersecurity will make you a more effective cloud security professional. You've got this, Your Cybersecurity Bestie 🌸
i live in trinidad .. my plan is to learn az 900 content and take that information then learn and sit the az 104 exam hopefully i can make it to the security level im leaving the the data realm behind lol
Amazing content, well paced, concise, informative, this channel genuinely makes me excited for our countries future in content making and I just got here 🙃
Hi Miss Cyber Queen! Love your content. I've been focussing on becoming a Cloud Security Analyst. I am working on learning networking, python, SQL, etc.... Tbh I'm not sure how extensive I should be learning these but the basics for now 😊 My cert roadmap is very undecided since I'm hearing from cyber groups to focus on vendor neutral certs and that vendor specific are limiting and not as broad. However I'm a Big Azure fan and am thinking of getting AZ900, AZ104, SC900 and finally SC200. Please can you or anyone else here give your thoughts on my Azure certs journey. Thanks really appreciate it!!! Mass
Hey! Thank you for your kind feedback. I think your roadmap is solid, and networking is a core skill, along with the certs you have listed. AZ-104 will give you alot of hands on insights which is great. From an SQL perspective, im not sure how much would be required, for Azure I would focus on Sentinel and KQL skills. You got this!
Really good video, thanks 😊. You say one of the soft skills is writing. How would you suggest i get that experience, like writing reports, etc. Thanks again
Hey, thanks for the kind feedback. SANS has an amazing guideline for writing reports: www.sans.org/blog/tips-for-creating-a-strong-cybersecurity-assessment-report/
What about just doing the Microsoft cybersecurity analyst course instead of the fundamental SC 900 since they both prep you for the same exam...because i hear the Microsoft cyber analyst course is hands on that way it'll be like 2 birds (skills and knowledge) with one stone and then transition into az 500 course? Just curious?
Hey, Opting for the Microsoft Cybersecurity Analyst course is a smart choice if you're looking for hands-on experience. It covers the SC-900 content while giving you practical skills, efficiently preparing you for the exam and real-world scenarios. Afterward, progressing to the AZ-500 course will deepen your expertise in Azure security technologies. This pathway aligns well with gaining both knowledge and practical skills, setting a strong foundation for your career in cloud security.
Thank you for this! … I will like to be a cloud Security Analyst I am just transitioning to tech and starting a masters degree in cybersecurity. Can I start with a cyber security analyst and after move to cloud security analyst or start my journey from cloud now. Thank you
That's great to hear that you're transitioning to tech and starting a masters degree in cybersecurity! You have a lot of options when it comes to your career path. Starting as a cyber security analyst and then moving to a cloud security analyst is definitely a possibility. It ultimately depends on your interests and goals. Good luck with your studies!
one question please, after getting the google cyber security certificate should we move directly to the AZ-500(using coursera cours for AZ-500)? or learning the second cours of the microsoft cyber security analyst certificate before moving. to the AZ-500 cours?
Hey good question!🌟 After the Google Cybersecurity Cert, I would advise that you get some skills, then pursue AZ-900 first, and get some hands on practise, then tackle AZ-500. I hope that helps! 💻🔐💪
I just passed my AZ900/SC900 Exams. Do you recommend getting google cloud digital leader or AWS Cloud practitioner first to get a broader understanding of the fundamentals in all 3 vendors or should I do the next Microsoft Exam SC Exam, which would be SC300 for example
Hey 👋🏽 I don’t recommend getting the foundations of all. I recommend to specialise in one vendor, get a job then branch out from there if you have to. Also one level of fundamentals is more than enough. Next is to go to an intermediate level
@@cyber.queen_ my end goal is to get into GRC but i want to get into a technical role (but not too technical like cloud sec) first to get an overview. So what would you recommend? I heard that having a bg in cloud helps more to get into cloud sec

Hi, how do you do the hands on practice for free in Azure? Is there any sandbox where I can practice them?
You can try the Microsoft Learn platform for free hands-on practice in Azure. They offer a variety of interactive labs and sandbox environments.
