I'm currently having a luthier absolutely MOLEST my (beaten up) USA telecaster to transform it to a shred machine with scalloped fretboard, Evo gold frets, hotrails, modern Gotoh bridge and locking turners, carving the belly and forearm relief... It's going to be a frankentele but it will be "mine". I love teles so much they are incredible.
I own 8 guitars already so I think I don't need more guitars for a good while but I watch these clips anyways for the magnificent playing and phrasing you have sir! Lovely tele too!

Thanks for sharing, Jon! I am digging that ash body a lot! The colourway on this Tele is so simple yet "honest", I like it! The stainless steel frets add to the package also.
Wanted a lefty Suhr Classic T a few months ago...but after many online reviews...it seemed on the bright side, and bested by Xotic or Andersons by a tad. So, went with an LSL (love it), then upwards to a Fender Custom Shop Tele. I did buy a used set of Suhr Classic T pups and they are bright indeed....great...but brighter than all my other 8 Teles...even other pups that shared the same guitar with the Suhr pups. I may dabble with the capacitor to try to mellow it.
Dear friend, as always an absolutely great review of the guitar (in this case of the excellent brand SUHR), the musical performance is fantastic, including the sound. The Telecaster looks very exclusive, but that belongs to this brand, I think it is intended for more experienced and especially good guitarists. I look forward to the next video. I have a Classic T ltd Peach Dealer Select. I have a few guitars and although the pickups aren’t my favourites, the slab neck is by far the best. Well worth the cost if you want a modern feeling T
I love the wood grain of the body but I just cant get on with the Suhr headstock shape and I think it is because it does not compliment the curves of the Tele body. It sounds very nice though.
That guitar does sound lovely! I have never been able to play a Suhr, as I have never seen one in my local market. I love their pickups though! Another T style to try is the Larrivée Baker-T. I have a couple of them and they are incredible!

Never been tempted to drop $2,000 on something I don’t need. That is THE BEST sounding guitar. To the point I almost want to practice enough to justify buying one and use it as my one and only.

I think God's children are talented all over the world. The web has connected us. We are no longer held hostage to the confiscatory pricing of the big name brands to get high quality instruments. I am the proud owner of a beat to sh... Hondo/Explorer in absolutely abismal condition. My plans are to trash everything but the body. It gets a Warmoth neck and telecaster electrics and hardware. Hopefully it will play...🤣
