These dudes can’t put out a bad song. So much love for ETID. Will def say Keith’s The Damned Things singing style has officially leaked into his ETID vocals and I’m fine with that.
I will never get tired of ETID and how they never feel tired and they are constantly elevating their music. That little switch up was so much more pop-punky than they usually do but they weaved it into their very them style effortlessly and it was so much fun. I'm so excited to hear the rest of this album. Low teens was my favorite since new junk and this one is shaping up amazingly.
“I’ve done it all wrong for so long it feels okay From up here the parties and funerals they look the same” I just finished Scale (Keith Buckley’s first novel, highly recommend), and that line hits on a different level after reading that book.
Really enjoyed this song! I like all the singles so far, but this one sure was a nice change of pace from the previous ones. Also, the acting and the video are pretty neat!
ETID has been consistently my favorite band since I was like 14 lol. I'm 32 now. They've just never lost their bands soul throughout the years. I have never been disappointed in any record from them. They're one of the best to ever do it. Thanks for the review! You're awesome dude.
Love them so much! Been awhile since they’ve came out with an album so I’m stoked as hell! Also, this tour they’re doing next year with Underoath and Spiritbox is crazy awesome, can’t wait for that!
Just saw them live again on the 28th when they played with Ghost Inside, Acacia Strain, Currents, and Great American Ghost and it was a great show even if it was outdoors in the rain. (Sadly don't think any of their shows will ever top the boat show I went to.) This song was very fun live. Anyways, looking forward to the Underoath tour as well. Have my ticket for that in March.
I honestly was iffy about this song the first 2 times I listened to it and now I have heard it like 20 times and it is actually such an interestingly written song. I fuck widdit
So the verse from 2:00-2:20, has Keith always been able to sound like Tim from Rise Against? Or was there a feature on this track? (Not necessarily Tim either, just didn’t sound like Keith).
Great songs as always, they just don't make bad songs. Dude, Tallah released a new track featuring Tom (Chelsea Grin/Darko) and AJ (Fire From The Gods), it's super weird and heavy as you would expect from them, and the features add a lot to their sound. If possible, please check it out!
Hey man, always love your Reacts, you gotta check out the new Tallah - Vanilla Paste. Curious to see your take on it, has a lot of cool features and super groovy!
I don’t know how this band after over 20 years are out doing themselves. These dudes are gonna go down as legends and I really think they’ll be appreciated a bit more over time
Just when you start to wonder how they can top their previous releases, they somehow manage to do it. This and the previous 3 singles have been nothing but bangers.
These guys can do no wrong. They're in the rarefied air of bands that I don't skip a single song. Every album is a total banger and they never get boring. Just enough rock, metal, and hardcore to keep it interesting and then an atmosphere of punk attitude that hovers over everything. Top 3 band all time. Dying to hear the rest of this album.
Is Everytime I Die going to resurrect punk rock? Yeah, I know they mix hard-core and metal. But, this new album might create a movement in the punk scene.. For real.
Fucking bomb song!!!!!! But what the hell is up with the low end audio in your video today? I watch all your videos in my recording studio and this one had a LOT of sub frequencies that were not good! Love you man
1. The entire album was written and recorded prior to the pandemic, which seems crazy cause it’s still so relevant 2. The video was directed by Daniel Davison ex drummer for ETID, Underoath, Norma Jean 3. The band The Bronx are not from NY, they’re from Los Angeles
@@sloth7sloth and that’s insane. If that’s true, it’s bittersweet. I’d love to hear more tracks like this from ETID… but still heavy ETID riffs are just simply untouchable

This track definitely grew on me after a few listens now I really dig it. Sounds like older etid and I’m here for it.
Agreed!
Such a bop. And they're so good at writing hooks that only they could play. It was shot in Buffalo too! That bass line too. So simple but so effective

ETID are easily one of the most consistent bands ever. Haven’t heard a bad song from them and I’ve listened to a LOT of ETID. Such an amazing band 🤘

This. I’m 34 now. Found them in 2004. Favorite band ever since.

...they...just...keep...putting...out...BANGERS...I LOVE IT.
LETS GOOOO. I'm so ready for their new album, instant preorder for me.
Are you planning on reacting to the new Tallah track? Vanilla paste.. It's great and really interesting! :))

This is a solid, fun, and interesting song... I LIKE IT‼️
Glad you checked it out and dug it homie!
@@METALBIRB yessirrr!🤘
Funny you mentioned the Bronx, cause they’re good buddies with them. Keith was just on Matt’s podcast not too long ago. The Bronx needs more love
Jordan gave them a shoutout on Instagram recently 🤘
Bronx are supporting them in January here in the UK and I'm there to see it! It's gonna be naughty.
Watched a live stream with Keith he said the lyrics were written in 2019 - he said they still apply just to different shit in the world!
Great song, but the real champion on this album is "Thing with feathers". I cannot stop listening to that song.
Yoooo the new album will have 16 tracks
Yo, Birb, new Tallah, it's a must hear. Some really cool ambitious stuff.
So the verse from 2:00-2:20, has Keith always been able to sound like Tim from Rise Against? Or was there a feature on this track? (Not necessarily Tim either, just didn’t sound like Keith).

Yeeyee! Tallah train!
He reacted on twitch the other day but he said he might post it here!
@@johnnykooks4096 Oh, thanks man! I missed that one, the video is up on twitch but unfortunately they muted the audio.

u should check out Elise Trouw - make believe.. 1 girl plays 5 instruments live looping. at age 19 the skill level is cool to watch..

The Bronx are actually from LA
Hey man you should check out Crawl back by a band called Bailer. They're from my hometown of Cork in Ireland and they're sick af

We are all still waiting a Thrice - Robot Soft Exorcism reaction haha
What a vibe. Rip ETID

THE BRONX are from L.A.! Haha NICE REVIEW THOUGH!

Just been tweaking my mic settings past couple of vids to make things easier for me to record
@@METALBIRB cut everything below 60hz and you’ll be fine. Using the cutoff on the back of your SM7B? Thank you for replying brother.
I’d actually cut your mic at 100hz and then cut the video at 60hz. That would be my recommendation!
Just a heads up, The Bronx are from LA , not NY.
Who hears the Heart Shaped Box music in the background
Remind me of Norma Jean
Daniel Davidson filmed the music video!

Still bummed they called it quits.
Take a shot every time he says “southern twang” 😝
The new black had some dialogue but not as long as this one
ETID are Gods
Con- I don't have the album it belongs on.🤘🏽
I like my ETID heavier. Those last 2 songs they put out were dope. This sounds like The Foo Fighters to me.
Nothing wrong with that! If that 2 step beat didn’t have you dancing…. Where’s your soul 😂😂😂
@@nockblock4128 nothing is good to me when BTBAM has a new album dropping friday. All other bands pale in comparison.
No need to worry, Keith Buckley said this is objectively the lightest song on the new album.

I love me some ETID but this song doesn't do anything for me. The "my annihilation" part just ruins it for me.
