The anime is Nichijou - My Ordinary Life, and its where the Japanese voice at the beginning of the song comes from, in addition to also being where The Living Tombstone sampled the melody from.
There's a song in the Nichijou soundtrack, I forget which one it is, but essentially it's the track TLT sampled to create their "My Ordinary Life"
