Something different because I just wanted to make this available for those interested. No narration on this one, just the replay video's from MTGO. Many of the games were interesting, so it's worth the watch if you don't mind the silence :)
Definitely made some rough mistakes along the way (e.g. Delving away the creature at 00:02:21 or tapping the wrong land at 00:55:03) but the games were overall very interesting and I think my play was pretty good overall. Of course, you have to get a bit lucky along the way to go undefeated, so there's a bunch of that as well.

I know people have been playing Grixis Delver lists with Bowmasters for a bit, but I hadn't before. So I just threw together what I thought would make sense, and got inspired by 90sMTG's Miracles afficionado ForceOfPhil to try the Scry draw spell Council's Deliberation. The omission of Delver of Secrets here is specifically to get more resilient against opposing Orcish Bowmasters. The manabase is 15U/14R/13B, with the high fetchland count and the Badlands specifically there to achieve the red and black numbers I wanted. Spells are a lot more powerful if you can cast them on curve, you know. The Dack Fayden in the sideboard is mostly there because someone stole my The One Ring with it once, and now I want to do the same.. Realistically this should be a Narset, Parter of Veils.

Any chance a sideboard guide will be coming out? I’ve been playing this for a week or so now and new to legacy but playing scg con coming up and don’t know if I’m sodeboarding correctly
I regret to inform you that there's nothing like that in the plans from me 😩I've been playing the deck quite a bit myself but changing it up so much all the time that a sideboard guide would be.. ambitious 🤯 Maaaybe your comment will inspire me, as I have a paper event coming up where I may play a version of this deck myself; but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Had my eye on that card as well, but the problem with Sail for such synergies is that it's optional for each player to Twister or not. So it doesn't really work with punisher effects, except that you get a fresh hand while they don't.. which can be good enough.

Councils deliberation seemed quite good. Did you feel like the preordains were enough support for it?
I think so, they also kind of have to be to be honest. There aren't any other good enough scry cards that I'm comfortable playing in tempo, and tempo sees enough cards that it shouldn't be a problem to find a Preordain eventually.
Obviously I'd like more if it was free, but I also feel like it's not necessary. More testing is certainly necessary but the amount of scry enablers hasn't been the part that I've been worried about.
