The whole "going back to Kamordah" convo is WILD once its revealed that Fjord grew up orphaned on the streets of Port Damali. I do have to say it’s so neat to see the incremental shifts in beau over time, as she really does work to take in fjords advice and improves at it. Acting out your character’s personality in one scene is cool, but being able to layer the complexities of a character that changes over time like that Is really impressive to do so effortlessly. It’s something I always struggled with as a player.
God I always find it so funny how at 44:29 Travis's arms are so big compared to Marisha's and I can't get over the fact that in the story, what Essek sees is basically the opposite with Fjord and Beau.

His emotional maturity really shines because he realizes that a blood family means something very different to Beau than it does to him, and he's trying to account for that while gently pushing her to move past these issues to potentially save their lives. He's not telling her to "get over it", he's just trying to buy her more time/another chance with them. Even bringing up her little brother and introducing the idea he's an "innocent" in all this, just putting things into a new perspective for her.
@44:34 is one of my favorite moments, since its the actual players figuring something out about them without doing any actual communication beyond just getting into character, watching Travis realize what was going on was AWESOME.
Beau's arc has been my favourite for a few reasons this campaign, i knew Fjord was instrumental to that but this really highlights how much :) bravo to these guys
Only thing I wish was here is the conversation with Rini "am I being condescended to?" "Absolutely." "Do you want it?" "Yes, thank you."
10:00 I can't wait for Matt to make a call back to Marpaul when the gang is in Nicodranis, would be hilarious to see the reaction when an excited "TRACEY" gets called out as they are by the docks during a stealth bit.
Travis and marishas expressions while watching the ruby of the sea are awesome. They play off eachother really well
God I always find it so funny how at 44:29 Travis's arms are so big compared to Marisha's and I can't get over the fact that in the story, what Essek sees is basically the opposite with Fjord and Beau.
Beau: gets new tattoo
Fjord: *smack*
@20:55
i think this is my favourite interaction between the two solely because beau has no idea where they are and fjord knows that... HOWEVER, even while sleeping beau managed to keep the ship on course and not actually run into anything
When all else fails, whatever ships may come or go, we will always have the Brjeaus.
The bro handshake at 28:07 is the greatest thing I've ever seen, I love these siblings
This video shows exactly why I get excited when Fjord and Beau are together
The harem route only works if all members like each other. Jester’s getting it set up real nicely. Her parents will be proud.
I want to be one of the many to say that you are a goddess amongst men through this weird time in the world. Thank you for putting in all this work for other people to enjoy. I hope the Traveler, Sarenrae, Melora, and even Uk'atoa bless you with good tidings and love
You included Uk'atoa but not the Storm Lord? Blasphemy!
Uk'otoa, uk'otoa, uk'otoa...
11:08 Travis' shirt reminds me how Fjorgetful he could be.
I love that whenever the team does something really dark or something gruesome they regret, Caleb just isn't bothered. It reflects his conditioning in the academy, he's done much worse things for much less.
20:55 a pretty funny improv moment from Marisha that I forgot about after Beau just became first mate.
I just want to point out, as Tracy, she'd still be in Cobalt sol robes, with a staff on her back.
dont forget that beau's always rocking a top knot
I like to imagine that beau gave fjord the staff to hold.
Her robes are reversible she has the cobolt soul ones and then plain brown ones
Yes but a person with low self-esteem that has an attractive person talking to him will not see details like that. Ape brain goes on at prospective mate.
@@blowingblockz1346 although she said she took out her hair. So basically just Beau with long hair, in Cobalt robes lmao.
God this makes me so happy! I would love the friendships Beau has, Fjord and Caleb are like the best big brothers for her :)
I feel like caleb acts a little bit more like a younger brother to her. His quiet "dont go" hurt my soul. I kinda prefer to think of it like that cuz beau having both of those relationships is so good for her after being rejected by her real family, plus orphan fjord and "i killed my whole family" caleb
"Tiramisu of confusion" is a phrase that comes along only once in a lifetime.
This is my second-favorite dynamic at this table. Love the Bjreaus
So what's your favourite? Caleb and Nott?
@@rarazalproductions519 yeah, pretty much
I SCROLLED THROUGH ALL THE COMMENTS AND NOT 1 MENTIONED,
How Beau promised to punch The Traveler when she see them again!?!
....they about to be at Traveler Con....
I want to see the Traveler appear and start to give a nice speech and be grand and powerful, off to the side, Beau is in the air, mid jump, about to punch him across the face.
@@shadowman2240 Oh god he would kill her instantly, Don't Fuck With Arch Fey
I like how this comment is 4 months old and they’re just getting to traveller con now 😂
She did it
@@FoxHound-ut1hu That backfired on him didn't it? Arch Fey with god complex gets his shit pushed in by literal gods so now he just sulks invisibly around the M9
Beau and Fjord have the most fascinating two-sided mentor/mentee relationship, and I am LIVING FOR IT!
27:48 I am
d e c e a s e d
Fjord only had a 7 for Wisdom, and it made for only a few moments, but those moments were very touching. i know this show is largely improv, but watching these clips together, and thinking on the personal journey he goes on with Caduceus as his sort-of guide, it makes it all feel fated.
The whole chunk of the recent live show (starting at 58:15) is SOLID GOLD.
28:07 is my favourite part 😂
53:36 also like this part 😂
38:50 is also good 😂
19:52 is also good :)
20:54 :')
I so want to see Beau animated now, just to see her attempts at genuine emotion.
I love their honesty with each other.
idk i always feel super proud when beau asks fjord for help on how to be nice, like yeah! you don't have to figure it out alone! yeah! you should try to be better! yeah!!!!
It’s crazy seeing the amount of progress and growth each character has made since Campaign 2 started. I love the M9 so much
This is it, Fjord and Beau are my ride or die ship this campaign. Best Bromance ever! Their partner bull shit is the best thing ever.
20:50 "Towards our destiny!!" One of the best parts! 😂
I know that fans feel a strong connection to C1 characters, but I feel like the party members in C2 interact way more positively with each other. This feels like a real group of friends rather than adventurers that tolerate each other.
But man...what are their mother's names?
Leonidasatom well they know everyones mothers name except for fjord, yasha, and molly. Fjord is an orphan, yasha is also an orphan(?)(maker). Molly doesnt remember who he is.
Adventurers that tolerated each other? They were family! We just missed the beginning development, because we were introduced to them after they were already close.
@@Levsa399 Most of the party hardly ever interacted with grog, same with keyleth the few times she was allowed to talk, the girls interactions with scanlan usually boiled down to "you're gross". I understand that in the story they're supposed to be family, but in terms of table talk there were a lot of lines drawn. I think the cast has grown a lot since C1 and it shows in how generous and open they are with RP in C2.
@@errorcopythat
I want a gif of, "It's been a day." "IT's been a FUCKING day."
7:00 Vaxleth is history from here on out
As players whose characters who had the most iron clad relationship in cr 1, marisha and caleb are so awkward and anti touchy in this one its amazing
This is the compilation I needed in my life today.
20:50 "Towards our destiny!!" One of the best parts! 😂
I’m only 20 minutes in but this is pure serotonin
56:23 you can see the fear in Fjord’s eyes
Still my favorite dynamic in the M9. Fjord/Molly’s stuff was great while it lasted, but Fjord/Beau is just the best.
Zhelezzo Matt getting turned down by his wife playing "Tracy" is hilarious
Beau getting high and having Fjord drag her around is pretty much every stoner with there sober friend who has never seen someone high
The fjord Beau Caleb dynamic is peak energy
1:03:34 I love Liam's reaction off screen
I love this. I love this so much. I adore Beau and Fjord's relationship and their sibling energy.
Finished C2 a few months ago and Fjord and Beau were such a joy to watch. Bro energy all throughout.
The entire top table has great sibling vibes
58:14 start of a legendary adventure 😂
37:13 Travis was all of us in that moment.
The Big brother energy is real
most awkward hug ever and oit was great lmao
i never noticed how much fjord and beau have poppy and david energy from mythic quest
