I think this line is supposed to be more oversized. So you getting an even smaller than normal size of your hoodies makes sense to why it's hard to put on. For you, versus someone buying they true size.

Damn man I’m shorter than you at 5”6 and I wanna buy the large t’s 😆. I bought some large long sleeves from a previous drop and it shrank to an acceptable size after a hot wash and warm dry. They might even shrink more with additional washes. I don’t baby my clothes do I’m not worried about not getting them dry cleaned. Only clothes I baby is my raw Japanese selvedge jeans 👖
