In 2014, I was working in Guest Relations at WDW and we had a day where Duffy was sold out all across property. Just bad timing of stock shipments. We jokingly called it “The Great Duffy Shortage of 2014” and we legitimately had a line of extremely angry people to deal with all day long that day. I was shocked that it was fairly quiet when they started removing him from the US parks.
I’m more of a dog person than a cat person and green is not really my favorite color but Gelatoni is definitely my favorite companion 💚😸 They’re all so cute anywaaay❤

I was looking forward to watching this video as I also own all 6 Duffy & friends & like you I feel right at home when visiting Tokyo DisneySea because of their love of plush! I got the first 4 from Aunt Pegs in Cape Cod in Tokyo DisneySea, Cookie from Hong Kong (she became Cookie Ann later) & got Olu Mel online. I know of a slightly different back story to how Duffy came about as before Duffy there were just Disney Bears in a variety of colours. Thanks for showing us your collection.

Shdr store is a trusted seller I use - I haven’t had an issue with them but it’s always best to read descriptions carefully and look through all photos
To answer your question, yes! There's an even larger size sold by Hong Kong Disney: I've got all 7 of Duffy's friends in size S and size M but, have only Olu and Linabell in size L; they're so heavy and expensive!
You’re correct - however, this video is 5 months old and she came out 2 months ago. I do have her now and I’ve posted a picture of her on my Instagram today 🥰 I did say in the video I’m sure more would come out, especially since I’d finally done a video on them 😅
