I’ve got sleep apnea because my snoring was so bad and I was tired all the time and bone dry mouth every morning my doctor sent me to a sleep clinic and was tested and now have a CPAP machine and it’s changed my life it will make you feel so much better if you get diagnosed xx

A dehumidifier can help loads with your breathing and dry mouth and nasal passage, it’s the machine you put water into especially when we have the central heating on this can help wonders 🌲💛🌲🎉🌲you could attach a long mirror on the back of the door to save space , 💛
I had a friend with terrible snoring for years. They did a sleep study and now have a cpap machine. He has never slept or felt better.
