2-4-24 Whidbey MX New Year Opener

Opening day 2024, thank you Whidbey Island MX. No snow in the mountains so it was time to crank it up again after getting a new top end from Bellevue Motosports. Great weather and fun track, as always. Lots of split lanes and corner options. This was my third moto of the day and I had hit the wall so to speak in the previous moto putting a few hotlaps together. Had the boys from Bellevue Motosports out in full effect plus the rest of the crew.

Looks super fun! Is the entire track sand or just sections? I'm a Novice/intermediate vet rider here.

Just two sections rn. It’s great for us novices bc there are not any big gap jumps one might need to slow down and roll. Basically all the jumps are tables.

@@SteveKiziak right on the weather is coming around.. I actually fully ruptured my bicep and distal tendon in my elbow that day and am still recovering-- roughly a few weeks left. if you like, send me a note when you get close and maybe it'll work out to connect.
