Dr Taimur took very simple approach analysing capitalism, the lecture given lacks rigour and nuances and that is why it should not be taken seriously, sitting on moral high ground is very non-tedious and lazy approach and this is what he has taken. maybe he will deliver good lectures in future. Dr sahib thanks for the reply insightful lecture. Capitalism’s evil side effects were worsened when Limited Liability Principle was established in 16th century. Further, legalization of inheritance of financial assets augmented it. With effective controls this system could produce positive results for unprivileged segments of society

I can understand land being the collective property of the masses, but a factory must have been setup by someone, to produce something. Who sets up that or similar acts of production?

Average income in usa is 4500 and in 4500 you can do so much….. and if someone earns more than 7000 he is considered as well off….. and 1/10 person in usa is a millionaire…… iska jawab plz dijiye ga
I lived in America and what you are saying is not based on fact. American society is the most unequal, be it Newyork, Texas or any other state. I don’t know bast on that you are saying that 1 in every 10 American is millionaire but I have seen 1 in every 10 American as homeless . In every developed world you’ll find good social security and health system but American has the worst of all developed world. I have visited 40 developed countries and found America the worst.

There is not mentioned that 1 in every 10 American is a millionaire. Plus Wikipedia is not a source to be quoted and Wikipedia has taken the information from Credit Suiss which collapsed this year and has been taken over by UBS. (How I know all of this because I live in Switzerland and I consume the daily media here). Also it never mentions that the money is in the US or in offshore accounts. Keep in mind that societies that have just wealth without equal distribution have the highest income disparity. I have witnessed it first hand living in Houston and New York. But anyways you can stay happy with your statistics if you like :)

Capitalism is not as evil as you portray it to be, but you have the right to express your opinion and I appreciate your way of doing so - despite disagreeing with you.
Socialist policies can be accommodated in capitalist setup but complete socialism or communism is catastrophy, we have seen this everywhere, what all those socialists do is just criticise capitalism and glorify their red utopia
