How to take Backup & Restore EBS Volume with Increased Size of EBS Volume in AWS | Backup & Restore
Hi Learner,
In this video I have shared an exciting information on How to take Backup & Restore EBS Volume with Increased Size of EBS Volume in AWS?
Following is the step that is followed in the video:
Step 1: Take the Snapshot of Server.
Step 2: Create new EBS Volume(Increased Size) out of the Snapshot taken in Step 1.
Step 3: Stop the Backup Server and detach the EBS Volume attached.
Step 4: Attach the new EBS Volume that we created in Step 2 to the Backup Server.
Step 5: Start the Backup Server.

sir after attaching and detaching then after again starting the instance at final stage getting error Not supported authentication methods available (server sent:publickey.gssapi-Keyex,gssapi-with-mic) in ec2 Linux aws after detaching the 8 gb rooot volume like u said i have attached the snapshot volume same in the name of root volume /dev/xvda then started the instance after connecting in aws console says ssh connection failed server refused our key in putty getting the above error what to do even my ppk file is also correct.
