For anyone else having problems with the node connection, you need to have physically visited the nodes in order to invest CP into them. That's why the auto connect node button isn't working for you.
Please have in mind that some of these requirements have been updated once or twice, so do double-check the entries requiring items. Quick update: the Valencia cron meal was updated with Seafood cron meal.

I have a problem with BDO it doesn’t let me create characters When I input the characters name and press A It comes up saying “Please check for duplicates first” No matter what I do this happens does anyone know a fix for this

Can you play this game actively as a "main game"? I've always heard of it being referred to as a "facebook game" or a "second monitor game". How true is this? How much of your time needs to be spent AFK crafting (or whatever it is you AFK) in order to be viable and progress?
Ik it's been 3 months but just in case you still need an answer; yes it can be. It just depends on what you're doing in the game. I'm a huge grinder and am constantly pushing to get better gear day in and day out so it is currently my main game. You don't have to lifeskill at all to be viable or progress. Some players, like a guildmate of mine, doesn't do any lifeskill, and he's one of our strongest, but if you're looking to only lifeskill then like grinding; you're gonna hav to put some hrs in. It rly just depends on how much time you're willing to put in it whether it be only lifeskilling, only grinding, or a bit of both.

You can have the node connection thing take into account what you already have invested by activating that "Include Invested Nodes" little box. xd

I just clicked a bag of muddy water that I got from a node (could be from CM too) and it was complete, I didn't need to go to the desert.

It's because you haven't physically visited the nodes prior to trying to connect them, hope that helps!
