He literally just gave the issue with voice IDing when he called croc a one voice Andy. THATS why you can't voice ID because in the city multiple people have the SAME voice. How do people who RP not understand that? Oh its because it's PD and they want a W.
The clowns consent to getting Voice ID'd... There is no issue with it for them. Croc is just being dumb here and trying to argue against the clown code.
@uniquename6925 he isn't really even arguing against it. He is arguing that if it's something the police operate by, prosecute by, then it needs to be in legislation, an actual law.

What Croc doesnt or chooses not the understand is he cant make these comparisons with clowns... To be a clown, you MUST consent to be voice IDed. It is part of their rules. It is to protect themselves from being unmasked because in a lot of cases, the masks are, to them, their faces and their identity.
Instead, he likes to argue his point when it isnt necessary. Just yesterday, Pockets was asked to ID himself to Croc and he did. No issues. But because Croc couldnt see his face, he made it into an issue and then proceeded to unmask Pockets, essentially removing his identity/face.
People are saying Whippy is a good roleplayer or whatever but it just seems like he wants to rage bait like Penta used to do... Hiding behind the guise that he is trying to get rid of loopholes or whatever by making crims bring the issue to court.
But at least Penta did that shit while the government was still functioning and things could be changed.
Clown demand are not rules, or law so they cant not be taking seriously. Enyone can be everyone

It seems like you left out a lot of context here... Croc is arguing against the clown code and trying to say it's dumb.
The other PD are the reasonable ones here. Voice + Mask is more than enough to ID a clown, because that's what they agreed to. It's why clowns are allowed to wear masks while being arrested. If croc had his way, they would unmask Chatterbox while in the cells and it would be hella weird.

@@Footfetish42069 it is weird rp when the rper themselves have a storyline for their masks. It isn’t hard for anyone including cops to just recognize a character based off a clown mask and clown makeup. Even their voice can be apart of the ID since every clown with a mask has different voices. Nobody knows what those clowns look like under their masks (unless they showed people ofc) so it’s just easier to ID them with it on.

Crocs do not understand that a Clown Mask is gained in RP not in mechanics as he does. Everyone else understand this is RP and he doesnt, its just mechanics for him. Another W chaser cop.
