I think that they are super talented but i do think that instead of turning them into mini beyonces, and making them dress in that hypersexual dominatrix way that all black women in mainstream music are required to do at the moment, I think that they need their own lane. To me Chloe x Halle come across as being more earthy/spiritual/ natural/ afro-bohemian/experimental/ playful... more like an Ibeyi or Oshun or Willow.... or if we take it further back in time... they're more in the lane of a modern day Floetry or Zhane or Les Nubians. I think if they did a more acoustic version of their album or ep, strip it back, it'd bang.

I thinks so too I they are trying to blend in not stand out, these looks have been done before, they are more earthy and spiritual singers rather than this sexy robotic futuristic thing so many are doing it they get lost in the sauce with them, but they are super talented and deserve more.
