Its been so long since the movie came out. 14 years to be precise, yet I still watch it, kbow how fascinated the 3-year-old me was with it. Every time, it brings me to tears, this song especially. Every child has to grow up eventually, but sometimes we like to be as young as we used to be. For as long as I live, I will keep The Polar Express in my heart, knowing it was made for a real train found and remade and is still used today somewhere here in the United States. It doesnt seem that long ago, but I really miss the good old days. Please like if you feel this way as well, so that I know Im not alone
I love this song too. Even as it reminds me that I have to grow up someday, even though I have a detachment disorder. (I'M 13 AND I NEVER WANNA GROW UP EVER!)
"when it seems the magic's slipped away.....we find it all again on Christmas day!" "when it seems that we have slipped away....we find ourselves again on Christmas day!" Love those powerful lyrics! :)
"Believe in what your heart is saying, hear the melody that's playing, there's no time to waste there's so much to celebrate, believe in feel inside and give your dreams the wings to fly! You have everything you need if you just believe!"
This song makes us realize even though we have outgrown believing in Santa Claus...no matter how hard life gets, Christmas gives us the feeling of being a child again...it gives us hope to believe that life may be hard, but there is always tomorrow. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery...but today is a gift, that's why it's called the Present
Thanks for the views everyone!!! I'm grateful for the positive responses. My only intention of creating this video was to bring smiles on people's faces. Enjoy and have a wonderful year.
The lyrics of this amazing heartwarming song always brings a tear to my eye, but in a good happy way. This is what Christmas is all about, sharing, believing and thinking of loved ones past and present.
why does this beautiful song and movie always make me cry ! the first time I watched the movie I was seven after all these years it´s still my favorite to watch on christmas
I used to love trains so much that I watched the movie every day of my life. I still watch it even though I don't love trains as much as I used to, but I still see this movie as a true work of art, even with the 33 or 35 goofs.
It's a wonder because as a human character, watch the animation from it, it looks amazing, the best glow when it came to us immediately, it became the best first time when I was 10 years old, same nosgian
when i was in my mid-teens, i started to not believe in the spirit of christmas anymore. christmas morning i recieved a card under the tree, inside it said "sometimes it helps to believe" for years i thought it was my dad's handwriting, it is kinda similiar, but last year i asked him and he wrote out the same text in his own handwriting and it wasn't the same...to this day, i still have the card, and i still don't know who it was from....but the ending of the movie and song reminds me of this!!
I sweat this is one of those few movies that made me start sobbing uncontrollably with single moment in a single scene - when the boy hears the sound of the bell for the first time. It was a magical moment. I was so into the movie didn't even see it coming. There was silence and then there was the sound. And I felt a something tingling inside of me and next thing I knew the tears came flooding out. We should never stop believing in our dreams. A part of us dies if we do. Never forget that.
I have been slain... I have been reduced to nothing but tears... This movie, this song, I may be 20, and getting older all the time, but I'll never forget watching this with my aunt when I was about 11... Whenever I visited, all my problems and worries vanished, but now she's gone... But I will continue to fight on and continue making others feel how she made me feel, happy and content with who they are...
I honestly looove this song. I like to listen to it when times are hard. Also this song makes me feel rejoiced to know that I still have the magic of Christmas in my heart. I still believe in santa and I'm fourteen.
Children sleeping, snow is softly falling, dreams are calling, like bells in the distance. We were dreamers not so long ago, but one by one, we all had to grow up. When it seams the magic slipped away, we find it all again oh Christmas day, believe in what your heart is saying hear the melody that’s playing. There’s no time to waste, there is so much to celebrate. Believe in what you feel inside give your dreams the wings to fly. You have everything you need, if you just believe
Can’t wait to see these comments five years from now. It’s really amazing how we all made great memories from this song and for me, it really gives Christmas its feel. Merry Christmas to everyone!
The only song that makes me cry, even though i'm almost 18 and i should listen to love songs and stuff like that... I loved this movie when i was a child. :(
AnkoLightAngel I'm 20, and I won't hesitate to admit this made me tear up, but probably because of the memories this song carries of my aunt As for the songs you say you should listen to, think of it this way, even at my age, I listen to songs that are 100, 200, 300 years or older, don't be afraid to listen to what makes you happy

Dear BlueJay1417, I want to thank you so much for doing this! I cried through the whole thing. It was so well done, please do more like this!!! I watched it over and over again, and didn't want to stop. This movie means so much to me, always has. My nephews and I have a special affections and connections to it...again, many, many thanks for this...thank you again and Merry Christmas always...will follow you...!
Beautiful video to a wonderful Christmas song. My wish is that my estranged daughter " truly hears" it, and returns to her father and me. I still believe she will.
It's such a beautiful song. It just makes me realize how grateful I am that God gave me a life that I can experience amazing things in such as Christmas with my family. I'm so happy and excited. Thank You x
I went to see this movie in the theater twice back in the holiday season of 2004 and I loved the movie to bits. There no villains, just some happiness and imagination through the whole movie.
My favorite Christmas song, and my favorite Christmas film. I’ll never forget waking up on Christmas morning in 2005 and seeing that my parents had gotten the DVD as one of my presents, and had it playing on the TV. This and classic-era Thomas solidified what would become a lifelong passion of mine in the form of trains and more specifically steam locomotives
This song is nice, but it made me cry a little bit. When I'm 14 years old the magic really slipped away doesn't it. But when I watched this it made me feel better when I watched the Polar express movie. Merry Xmas everyone and a happy New year 🎄
I've been watching polar express since I was born and im ten years old and I loved this movie in my heart forever I cry when I hear this song because I can sing every song and tell the whole movie
I always like this movie and song because it's a good song to play when you are sleeply and trying to Wine Down for a nap or putting a baby to sleep it is a wonderful song to listen to .
My grandpa never was that into modern music but this one he loved unconditionally. In March of 2020 grandpa went to the sky and this year will be the first Christmas without him
@@harrisumar3099 luckily no. Since 2015 he was having lung problems (can never remember what it was called and it wasn’t cancer) but it was that sickness that let him climb the staircase

Brings back beautiful memories of Christmas with my daddy and mom especially now that my daddy gone every time I here if you believe I cry with warm memories thank you
I remember this and used to watch it with mum and dad. Now they’re not with me anymore. They passed away last December 2018. I’m crying lots as it is nearly a year. Dad the 16th December, and mum the 26th December. Ten days after dad. God bless you mum and dad. I hope to see you again one day in another life. xxxxxx

Masterpiece of a holiday classic. Great times! Never forgotten.
I definitely Agree
The only movie, I have ever seen that makes me break out in tears every time. Such a great movie, I never want it to un-air.
By far my favorite Christmas movie. I doubt any other Christmas movie, past, present, or future could ever replace it.

They can lift a weary soul and brighten it with joy

I have never seen a movie affect my childhood this much since another Tom Hanks film Toy Story 3 (2010).
This has to be one of the best christmas movies out there. It has everything, not to mention unbelievable animation.
