I'm happy someone is finally talking about the Rovectin sunscreen. I bought it during the summer when it was 40°C here (104F), my skin was extremely oily and regular sunscreens like LRP were making the oiliness so much worse. And let me tell you, the Rovectin sunscreen has been absolutely life-saving. Not only there's little to no whitecast, it spreads on nicely and like you said, it's not irritating at all, but when I put this on, my super oily summer skin becomes velvety soft and not oily at all. I couldn't believe how much it helped with oiliness. Absolutely incredible. Combine it with the fact Stylevana sells this for 10$ here in Europe, it's my holy grail.
I don’t bother with American sunscreens anymore. I know it’s not cost effective for the government to research any of the newer chemicals. Maybe if it becomes mandatory to wear sunscreen these pharmaceutical to government agencies will get in bed with each other.
I have bought SO MANY products that you recommended and I have never regretted ay of my purchases! Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum and Medicube Super Cica Water in Cream are GAME CHANGERS! I have used both for a week, and my skin never looked or felt better! Thank you for your work!
Love your videos! i am almost 72 and one of these old broads, still working as a teacher i.e. in the public eye. I am sort of kind of skincare savvy and adamant about invasive skincare treatments - no botox and no fillers for me. Also avoiding sun exposure at all costs, I have done this for a long time. I am European with white skin, got a lot of ridicule from people for my beduin looks in the sun, did and do not care. Did you do a video particularly for mature skin, my age group ? Yes aging is a privilege, you are damn right. I just want to look presentable, , not like my 20 year old self, I zoom a lot, and I work in presence, and the working world is unforgiving...PS I don't look shrivelled yet... Thanks again for your smart and funny contributions, Yvonne
I fell in love with K. Beauty😇 I've been using these for less than 2 years and I always ask myself why I didn't use them before! Try Klairs Fundamental Water Gel Cream and Dr. Ceuracle Kombuncha Tea Essence they are amazing 🙂 Love from Turkey💌

Love The Beauty of Joseon!! Every single product!! and that sunscreen is a keeper, love the dewy finish for my dry skin 😍 and I just ordered the eye cream !
Love your content!! Skin1004 is pronounced "chun-sah" (chun as in sun)! This is a play on words that came up when pagers were trendy in Korea because the number 1004 is pronounced exactly the same as the word Angel!! So Skin1004 actually means Skin Angel!
Beauty of joseon is amazing and the only one i've tried that isn't too oily. I use under and over makeup (if using over makeup i spread the spf on my fingers and pat it over my makeup)..
I would LOVE to see you do a video on Brandefy Skin's line of popular skincare dupes! (Cruelty free btw). Maybe testing some of them to see if they are just as good as the name brand versions. Because if they are, that could be a game changer for many of us who can't normally afford the higher end brands. They have dupes for the YTTP superfood cleanser, Tatcha water cream, Skinceuticals C E ferulic, and the Sunday Riley eye serum to name a few. They also have a serum that they compare to both Peach & Lily glass skin serum and DRMTLGY needle-less serum.
The pyungkang yul toner is so good! Ty for teaching us about credithink in earlier videos. Also love the Etude house Sunprise spf 50 pa +++ on Amazon. Such a good lightweight chemical sunscreen for my oily and sensitive/rosacea babes
I love April Skin. They kind of tricked me into trying them, lol. Their ad kept popping up on Istagram and it seemed like such a good deal I finally broke down and tried them. I love love love the Caratene Clarifying serum. I didn't think it was for me, I'm not acne prone and not really into brightening, but when I stopped using it I noticed such a downgrade in my skin. Now it's a staple. As for a the purple and vitamin C serums, I like them but I don't know if I'm going to keep using them. The vitamin C leaves a film on my skin, which mostly doesn't bother me on my face but does on my chest, and the purple is good but not my favorite HA. I also really like the feeling of their microfoam cleanser, but it was too stripping for my skin. Gonna try the other one and see if I like it. A little goes a long way, so it's literally the cheapest cleanser I've tried when you go by price per use.

The best stuff is affordable. I will never overpay for products again when I move back to the states. Be careful of animal derived products. Especially placenta ($$$). South Korea use that a lot.
I bought the Beauty of Joseon 2 pack sunscreen on a Black Friday deal, and yes, it was only $15! I've enjoyed using it the past 2 days. A nice glowy finish, but not oily or greasy. I have acne prone skin so I'm curious to see how my skin looks after a couple weeks. Can't beat the price point, and I have loved using their other products too!
Have you ever reviewed the Tatcha range? I love all these products, k beauty has completely changed my skin. So glad we have access to it even though the US has so much more than the U.K. (not jealous at all! 😉).
Lanbelle Fresh Up Sunscreen is Amazing 👏 😍 It has like 5 or 6 new gen filters, has a light, lotion like texture, blends in really well, and has more product than the standard 50ml.
Cassandra, try the Tula Protect + Glow Daily Sunscreen! It looks like curdled milk. 😂 (I thought you’d appreciate the weird texture.) I want to know your thoughts on their marketing too. It’s very clean-girl. 😬
