I think this type of content is useful. It helps other people be able to plan and organize their trips. For what it's worth I often look up videos like this on TH-cam when I'm planning to go somewhere. Seeing a walk through visually is much better than reading info from a website 👍

okay first off this makes me so happy. My son is the age Andy was about when y'all started the Vlogs. So I just imagine before I know it my husband and I can do much more traveling too. I live in the states so Europe is very much a "dream" trip for me so I am going to live vicariously through your vlogs for a bit. Hope you two had a lovely trip

Really loved the style of this vlog, I’m a massive Av geek and general all round nerd and also autistic so I find it so helpful watching these kind of videos before I travel. Even if it’s just a visual reminder of what the experience is like it could be the difference between me having a panic attack and or meltdown purely because the reality of what I remember and what it’s actually like can be so different. Great video as always Kev

Another fab vlog, thank you. For future trips please consider using airport assistance to ease your journey. My husband refused it for many years but finally gave in and tried it. He wouldn’t fly without it now as he can enjoy the excitement of the journey now too, without being in pain. Also means he’s got more steps* left for exploring on the next day.
*he has limited mobility so we think of every journey in terms of the number of steps he can take.

I first flew as a kid when I was 5 back in 2002, since getting my autism diagnosis in December 2018 I’ve found travelling easier in some situations however I do find airport style security sensory overload!! I’ve flown a couple of times so far on my own without my parents but had everything mapped out from the print out of the terminals to my flight information and even confirmation of ‘pre boarding’ and assistance at the airport….for me that means I’m escorted 1:1 the whole of departures and arrivals until I’m with my friend or my parents depending on which leg I’m flying on…I’ve done both trips to see my friend in Germany so far hand luggage only but am now looking to do a bigger trip that will involve checked luggage so I know that will be interesting

    Is Anna scared of flying?
I just wanted to say to her that there is special assistance that you can book and most airport staff would be willing to help.
Also, being at an airport, you need to be early anyway. Also, this is your BIG adventure for so many years. Enjoy it and look to the trip.
