    This is a big lesson for me, i just keep doing it, i stop, then do it again. Yes it causes stress and hurt. 😢

    Compassion is the ability to see spirit,not flesh and life is too temporal not to help the least amongst us even if they've been slacking off otherwise....for their family spirit will see that you have helped even if everyone around you thinks you are weak to do so....

    Helping others you could see Buddha from your good action the same as Jesus. Their power of religions the same and remain.
