I use Notion as my extra bujo pages/collection hub. These are the types that I use (long message ahead I am so sorry!);
- Future Log: easy to move and add future planned appointments and events, I write quite big in my bujo so I always don't have enough space let alone scribble out something that got canceled/moved.
- Weekly Reset: checklist for weekly and monthly reset. Included an 'after-care' checklist too to treat myself uwu
- Ideal Weekly Routine: used a table to make the ideal routine, more used as a rough reference on what I want to do every day (I have autism and heavily rely on a routine, but I've been trying to branch out and try become more flexible, as difficult as it is to adjust to sudden changes)
- Birthdays + Anniversaries: a list of birthdays, anniversaries and holidays as Notion calendar doesn't have a way to repeat an event yearly. Plus I'm very forgetful owo
- 'Organised' Notes: random notes I leave all over the place
- Mood in Pixels: a quick way to fill in my mood that I color in my bujo at the end of the week
- Expense Tracker
- Watch Queue: for all media from anime, series, cartoons and movies!
- Video Game Stuff: from notes to my big master list of all the games I own and have played (very few finished, need more time)
- Bookshelf: for the books, manga, novels and graphics novels I want to one day read and/or collect. Been meaning to pick up reading again, but haven't found a good moment to do so.
- Priority Task List: an overview of the projects and things I want to do ranked by priority. Gives a clear overview on the artworks and tasks I'd like to focus on, I also have a limit of 5 on the board to not overwhelm myself with decision fatigue.
All of those pages could NEVER have fit in my bullet journal, a B5 176 paged book from NotebookTheraphy only lasts me 5 months. Most pages are used on daily logs (4 pages per week) so I only have very few spreads I am able to use in the beginning of my book.
Oh and my whole home page and all the pages I listed are husbando themed. So each page has the colors and images of my favorite male characters with wholesome quotes and images to look at to give it a comfy place to check frequently. My home page is completely Bakugou themed from My Hero Academia haha >w

I'm usually a lurker on the internet but I just wanted to chime in that I'd love to hear how your notion bujo experiement went at the end of the month. Your content really has me wanting to revitalize my own bujo as its been languishing ever since I wrapped up my graduate degree, started a remote job, and discovered notion. I'm interested to see what you find worth while to put down on paper vs keep digitally!

This was really interesting and gave me a lot to think about. I like the general idea of BuJo and also made the typical beginner mistake buying stationeries and notebooks to end up being overwhelmed by the setting up or not liking the end result and then not using the journal... Maybe digital format might be more for me…gonna give myself the time to think this through and try it out (that’s the best part of notion being free 😊)

I feel you 👏 I at least still have some things in my regular bullet journal that I’ll be filling out during the month
I’m going to try it digitally with notion because when it’s done on paper I won’t remember to open it
I do appreciate that Notion also has a phone app so I can always have it handy 😛
One of the things I found this year was your Meal Log and it has been incredibly helpful to me. Is there a way to keep that if I was using Notion?
For sure! If it’s the 4 column style, that’d be easy enough to set up as a table or a database (which also has a table view, but more functionality)
Eh, digital bujo doesn't work for me, but I have a digital reading journal in Notion that works fine with my physical one. BTW, once you said you'd like to have a reading journal but doesn't read a lot, so what if you make one in Notion? :)
Interesting. But for a bullet journal I prefer paper. I would just have added some pages to my bujo if I hadn't had enough space.
How are you going to do to keep it for later with the rest of your bujo. Print it?
I would have had to add quite a few pages to fit both months in 😝 especially given the B6 being smaller, I'm using a lot of pages each month, lol
I'll probably just keep it in the digital space rather than print it 😊 Can just pull it into an "archive" type space when I'm finished with it.
Does Digital Journal fun, I'm not so sure yet. I'm not spending money until my stuff comes in handle since something changed from my dad and our personal information.

Love this I digital bullet journal using my iPad & goodNotes, but it’s not working for me as I’m not artistic & cannot write in fancy fonts 😭🤣
