I have two of the cosmic both are mounted on the truss and one old rotoball and it is mounted on the center of the truss last i had taken out 1 halogen bulb on my other cosmic
I agree - Until I upgrade all my items to LED, i still use my original VERTIGO and (Chauvet)Double Derby when I do 'burst' intros. Short and very bright blasts of light (but i am used to the duty cycle)...
Really nice video & funny intro too! But when you talked about how good it reacted to sound, I was a bit dissapointed that it did not react to the beats at all.. but maybe that was just a sensitivity knob issue. Not interested in buying it cause I'm only for LED's, but I enjoyed seeing this ADJ Cosmic!
@DJBRISK1 I think you should have 24v 250w in your light and you want to used the 120 300 the answer is yes you can used the only thing you have to do is by pass the big transformer in side the base you no going to need the 48v face the only face you still need is the 12v out used for the motor
i have an old aggressor that i am going to convert to led soon it takes 2 300 watt bulbs and the 2 prong led bulbs will work in it they are around 15 a bulb but will not have a duty cycle anymore woot woot look on net for the bulbs thats how i found the ones i am ordering
I KNOW THIS VIDEO IS OLD...AND THIS IS NO OFFENSE TO ANY DJ...BUT THIS LIGHT US USELESS...I HAVE SUM ADJ PRODUCTS BUT I SAVE UP SOME MONEY TO SPEND ON SOMETHING MORE USEFUL. THE COSMO IS A CHEAP LIGHT AND DOSNT DO MUCH. BUT GREAT VID NO MATTER WUT FOR THE COMPETION..
I wish I had all the ads American dj lights

@mndjguy ohh, what about the chauvet mini line dancer and the american dj vertigo?
sound active neon pink flamingos, lol nice
@mndjguy Thanks man. I appreciate the help.
you should try using a hazer it would give you a better effect without too much smoke
I have Roto Balls vs. MKII and the light bulbs are 120V 200W.
Do you think a 120V 300W would work on the Roto Balls?
AHAHHAHA! Awsome Intro! LOVE IT!
so the ball itself doesn't turn just the beams ?
does it need duty cycle?
