1) I have some issue with my agent not able to tag when they wrap the call , but these happens only for few agents in team not all, 2) other issue is agent not getting call information sometime in outcome in finesse . have tried all possible condition history delete ,cookies and next system, agent delete and recreate. give some technical and permanent solution.
