As a person that plays P3D, respect on that attempt on landing in Paro. I wouldn't have tried it on mobile that approach looked a lot cleaner than my first attempt :/
Also make sure you arm VNAV when you've levelled off to cruise and before you descend, this will tell the plane to auto arrive for you, also make sure you arm the approach prior to landing so it can get you to the lowest and closest altitude so you can take over and land

I would recommend you to use rudder, it is very helpful during takeoff and landing for an example your about to rotate when you realized you are being pushed by wind so in order to not get pushed by wind, you have to use rudder. Cheers Mate!
Yeah you're pretty much right. Tho, I'm not used to using rudder in mobile at all. It's pretty hard considering where it's located. I often use it on PC flight sims tho
